    Good listen, my own opinion is always do what works well with you, and speak with a medical professional to watch for any signs of problems or malnutrition. I do think that one problem with some of the studies involved with Low Carb (Keto) is there can be two different ways. One referred to as Dirty Keto, which could be argued worse for you. But if you are eating lots of low glycemic vegetables and some fruits (berries) along with higher fat content on the rest of your plate, you will have proper vitamin distribution.
    In regards to the study they are currently doing, I think it could make a big difference on using the correct types of oils for the cooking or adding to your diet. Staying away from seed oils and sticking with Olive, Avocado, and Coconut could vastly change results of the study. The vegetable oils can prevent Omega 3 absorption and cause other issues.
