Coming from a 2000 Accord, I was confused about how to remove the oil pan shield. This video explained how to change the oil on the Civic in a logical, step-by-step process. Thank you! I will watch your transmission fluid change video next.
Fantastic video! Very informative and helpful! I know I said this on your Transmission fluid change vid, but I'm very excited to do this with the proper knowledge :)
Jesse Allen actually I did fill it half way before installing but I failed to mention it. I had a 96, 97 and 03 civic in the past and the oil filters sat sideways on the engine block, made it impossible to prime and they all went over 200k miles.

Nice video. What brand torque wrench is that?
Thanks for the video. I like your fancy smanshy torque wrench.
Edmund Mendez Thanks, I work at a dealership and having a good quality torque wrench is essential on today's new engines. Thanks for watching!
Thank you!

Ok no harm jus pointing out what I see ... good vid
Jesse Allen I should have pointed that out in the video. I prime filters when I can but some models do make it impossible. Thanks for watching!
It is not necessary really. The oil fluid will start running as soon as the car is turned on
