Great video; thanks for sharing 👍
Blue it in the BBQ first (slow heat up then increase; no oil; wait till it turns blue)
This was an extremely helpful video, just completed the same repair, couldn't have done it without this vid. 👍😇
Forgive me for asking, but why would you want to put a tube in a tubeless mower tire? The next time you get a puncture you will have to do this whole process again. With a tubeless tire, often all you need is a tire plug and you're good to go. Tire slime is messy, but it has it's uses. In my case I have hedge trees on my property and I pick up thorns quite often. Got tired of plugging my tires and filled them all with slime. I haven't had a problem since.
Great video you are a good teacher with a lot of good advice.
Becareful 2013 have two different AT, CVT or early one, look at the dipstick, if no level check at the stick, it"s CVT.
Helped me out a ton, just wanted to let you know my appreciation, thanks!
May I ask if anyone knows whether the torque wrench is required? I'd rather not buy something unnecessary. Thanks!
Best video on this topic
Thanks. Fought one for an hour after watching four other videos. Your advice of starting with the Vice grips and using screw drivers (I was using end wrenches as tire irons) got me over the goal. Was just at the point if swallowing all my pride and taking it to a tire store. Taylor.
Don’t do it, the roughness holds butters and oils better. They’re made that way on purpose.
I have and use a Lodge 12, 10. & 8 inch cast iron skillet. They are seasoned well. None of the needed work, from the factory all an nearly non stick, not sure what people are doing to have issues, but strongly suggest they are not well seasoned and they have them too hot. Dial it down and season them 5-7 times and they are good forever. I bake mine in the gas Bbq upside down with canola oil.
costco vs bjs wagon anyone have any suggestion?
Thank you for this. I just put a new tube in my lawn tractor tire and save a lot of money doing it myself. Appreciate the detailed video.

Buddy just be talking
Your looks really good my friend.
Thank you
Thanks 🙏 god bless you
Best video by far on this subject.Very good tips that other videos did not mention. This will make my tube install go alot smother.Thank you
Capacity 2.5 qts…
the valve stem is in the center of the tube. On the side of the tire. So it seems out of line.
The rough finish is part of the non stick,if your food is sticking your cooking temp is to high,a smooth pan wont hold a seasoning, sanding cast iron ruins it
Thanks for the video, Worked for me as described.
Excellent. Just what I wanted to know.
No Vids show where to lift the front, from the frame. Side lips are mentioned are mentioned in the manual for jacking. Jack stand-subframe bolt for backup safety , works for me.
Meter reads 100% non stop.I have the same one lol garbage.
sweet...
No need. Seasoned my rough cheap ebay pan twice & nothing sticks to it.
That was great. Didn't know about the vice grip on rim trick. Also, spraying the lubricant around the edge for easier seating upon inflation is something I should do. One thing I do after adding just a little air: spin the tire to make sure the stem is straight up through the hole.
Is the drain crush washer same for the manual tranny
Followed your instructions step by step and mower now works great. Most tricky step is valve adjustment. Saved a lot of money--thanks. Now if I could only find a good quality head gasket that doesn't fail every 6 months or so.
You the man!
Woo and you made sure we knew to do the other side at the end. 6 years later and this is still helpful!
What about 130,000 miles?
Mines at 136k I’m doing mine for the first time herd 2 many story’s after 130k miles
Thanks for the vid good description of what needs to be done gave me great day
Thanks it worked. My tires were good
What if the tpms light comes on flashing first stays on with trac light and the light with the steering wheel with exclamation mark
I’m going to put a valvoline fluid? Is this will ok?
I forgot to change my trans oil after 50k😅 it’s now at 150k. There was jerking and rough when using paddles. Changed it and rides like new again!! I always come back to watch this video to make sure I’m not missing anything. Thanks again!
Well you’re missing a lot. The transmission pan has a filter and the transmission fluid warmer filter too, that he did not and should’ve changed.
I decided to try this on my lodge that we have been using daily for over 9 year , ( very stupid bad idea doing this ) i followed this video to the letter gave it 3 seasoning treatments ,Looked fantastic , But now it is useless almost impossible to cook anything in it now everything sticks like super glue ,regardles of how much oil / temprature , and the seasoning does not stay on the surface , I reverted to scuffing it up and seasoned it again with 4 full treatments it is starting to work much better and sticking is getting noticeably much less but far from how it used to be , I 100% will never reccomend anyone do this on Lodge cookware , i have also been told by several others that they had the same result to myself and they also said do not do this as for some reason it fails to achieve the desired results , Be Warned , if you do this it may well ruin your cookware
Just get to it don’t care about your church bri
Good video, I need to do this one LT1000 that I bought for $175 and am going to flip it for (hopefully) $400 or so. One comment is I think all those wires behind the dipstick filler tube should actually have been in front of the tube, not behind it! They are on the LT1000 that I have, anyway, and others that I have seen.
Smoothing out these pans is DUMB
Jack it up/hit it with long airboy/tacks 5 mins corncob=no rust/works every time.T800Aust
Awesome! Did a great job. Im a single woman and I needed help
I totally forgot that our 2013 civic learned to reset itself and then was wondering why our 2014 didn't. This video is perfect!
What that thing you put in your drill?
I'm going to be direct here and you might not like it. You actually destroyed a perfectly working cover that is on there with a purpose. It is engineered that way for a reason. Some muppets will tell you it is a bad design, it isn't. It is there to protect people, animals or property that are around the mower while you are mowing. You made sure that anything that should not be on the lawn like rocks, bits of wood or anything else you missed picking up (dogsh*t?) get propelled from under the deck and become a projectile. Just simply because you can not or refuse to drive counter clockwise around an object. It also directs the grass clippings down so you don't get covered in them when you mow with the wind blowing across. And you wonder why you have backward laws in the US? I rest my case. For all other muppets that want to do a similar modification. Please don't. Just drill a hole in the chute about one inch or an inch an a half from the edge. Then put a rope through it and tie a knot in it it at the other side. Tie the other end secure to the mower, so the rope doesn't fall on the ground and you mow over it. Make a loop somewhere halfway or whatever is convenient in the rope so you can lift the chute cover when you are to lazy to go counter clockwise. (the cover is spring loaded for a reason) If you are smart you make that loop in a place so you can hang the loop on the mower so the chute can stay open. It might come in handy when the grass is really long but make sure there is nobody nobody else around. These chute covers needed to be put on there by law, because people got hurt! Just think of your 5 year old running around and gets a rock in their eye and being blind in that eye for the rest of their lives. Maybe you say "but I live on a farm, and there is nobody around". Then that means you also have tools. Just take out the pin and keep the cover for a later day, when you do need it. Good luck.
Old cars don't need a torquimeter. Make sure cast iron and aluminum engines a torquimeter is needed 🙏most new cars need a torquimeter
