The symptoms of the fault are:
Tools needed:
21 mm socket
1/2 impact gun
1/2 ratchet long extensiom
rubber or wood hammer
pliers
Parts needed
A4720302317
EA4720300320
A4720300960
torque specs
For the DD13
Connecting Rod cap bolts to:
190 N·m (140 lb·ft) + 90° torque turn
For the DD15 and DD16
Connecting cap bolts torque to:
115 N·m (85 lb·ft) + 180° torque turn
