  • On the last day of our Advanced class in London we did a 20 minute rotation, where half the class worked on the other half for twenty minutes. Here I worked on Julie and almost completely loosened up her foot in just under 20 minutes.
If you would like to get one of the tools that I use here you can order it here amzn.to/3PtFNBq
Raynor Massage applied to the feet can offer several benefits, promoting overall foot health, relaxation, and well-being:
Relief from Foot Pain: Raynor Massage techniques target tension, tightness, and discomfort in the muscles and connective tissues of the feet, providing relief from foot pain caused by conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or overuse injuries.
Improved Circulation: Raynor Massage stimulates blood flow to the feet, promoting circulation and enhancing the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues. Improved circulation can help reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and support overall foot health.
Release of Tension: Raynor Massage employs deep tissue techniques that target muscular tension and tightness in the feet, releasing knots, adhesions, and trigger points. By addressing muscular tension, Raynor Massage can help alleviate foot discomfort and promote relaxation.
Enhanced Flexibility: Raynor Massage techniques can help increase flexibility and range of motion in the muscles and joints of the feet, improving mobility and reducing the risk of injury. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who experience stiffness or limited mobility in the feet and ankles.
Stress Reduction: Like other forms of massage therapy, Raynor Massage promotes relaxation and reduces stress levels by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. By inducing a state of relaxation, Raynor Massage can help alleviate tension held in the feet and promote a sense of overall well-being.
Foot Health: Raynor Massage supports overall foot health by promoting circulation, relieving tension, and reducing the risk of common foot problems such as bunions, corns, calluses, and plantar fasciitis. Regular massage can help maintain the health and function of the feet, supporting an active and pain-free lifestyle.
Balancing Energy Flow: In holistic healing traditions, the feet are believed to contain energy channels and reflex points that correspond to various organs and systems in the body. Raynor Massage aims to restore balance to the body's energy flow, promoting harmony and vitality in the feet and throughout the entire body.
Customized Treatment: Raynor Massage practitioners tailor each session to the individual needs of the client, addressing specific areas of tension and discomfort in the feet. This personalized approach ensures that the massage therapy is effective and targeted, providing maximum relief and benefit for foot-related issues.
Overall, Raynor Massage on the feet offers a holistic and effective approach to promoting foot health, relieving tension and discomfort, and supporting overall well-being. Whether you're seeking relief from foot pain, improving circulation, or simply looking to relax and unwind, Raynor Massage can be a valuable therapeutic modality for enhancing the health and function of your feet.

That's why I don't ride a motorcycle. i always talk about the difference between good and bad pain. good pain is becoming aware of where you are tight and letting it go. Bad pain is all the other types of pain basically.
