You are doing acupressure massage.. the point of pain reflect a specific part of the body under stress.. the big toe point to the head and eye.. not enough rest.. Foot reflex is not about pain.. the pain should lesser as you massage a point properly.. if pain increase then dun massage..it is not about doing it harder.. it about doing the right point .. not advisable to use sharp object to do the massage..

fongman312 that’s very difficult to say. It depends on a lot factors. I would say do about 8 hours work on the foot and then see what’s happening
