The appeal to this game is that it's more realistic than other Battle Royals
No one has any special powers, your health doesn't automatically regenerate, you can't build/destroy cover
All you have is your knowledge and luck to survive and possibly win
True, it was always what hooked me to pubg, we need more of realistic BRs, can't name anything besides this game, pubg isn't even trying to be as realistic as possible anymore, atleast after brendan greene left.

Pubg is all about gun play. When going for care packages the guns are extremely powerful and when going for them it’s kinda a risk but worth it. Any body can be good with any weapon
PUBG is basically a slow paced game like EFT,
but it goes more arcady, you can play tactical or cod like and still win, the biggist challange is recoil control and not being ambushed because time to kill is to fast.
Patience and picking your battles seems to be the quickest way to climb the ranks.
Can the special forces experts react to the army of two the devils cartel? It is a very complete game in my opinion towards coverage, shooting, simultaneous entries, perhaps not so much the recoil of the weapons but there are also many campaigns with different missions and injections of adrenaline, they could take many videos of this, in addition to the fact that the weapons from that game are great

Pubg .....what a blessing in disguise...like seriously made such a huge impact on competitive and action gaming genre ...Man hats off to it... like COD and all other things were doing good bit the touch of realism with fortnight like zone and squad strategy really made this game sick ...

I giggled everytime the camera zooms in to help them emphasize what they’re saying. Basically I’m happy everytime I see them
The graphics look dated because they're probably on low settings. Though I agree there are some games that look better.
I wonder how this guys would react to Spec Ops: The Line.. for some reason I remember that game more than any other military shooter growing up. Got great story, solid mechanics, only complaint I had was I wish it was a few hours longer

There are at least 8 maps I can think of. You need some pro gameplay like how you use Karmacut's videos from Squad. TGLTN and Chocotaco have good PUBG content
Such a cool guys, with propably a lot field experience, and they still down to earth
PUBG the game was set up to be great but led to be a disappointment. One issue is half the players are bots. Since the player base dropped, the company snuck in bots to fill the gap. It was fun at first but doesn't feel fun anymore

@@MrRoboto119 not true. Maybe for PC, but if you play on console and use cross platform, everyone there is a player. The only time I have bots is when I don't use cross platform on Xbox/PS
@@Angga-ew1mh if you are playing on cross platform in 3rd person, you most likely won't see any bots. If you decide to play on single platform, there's a ton of bots and even more bots in 1st person.

PUBG is all about mastering the weapon handling and having a keen hearing in CQB. Many "good" players "cheat" by "balancing" the sound volume with some software so they can much more easily hear enemies running while not making their ears hurt from the loudness of gunfire. I used to do this since it's not bannable nor detectable and it gave a huge advantage since I could hear people running at max distance through walls and everything which is like from 50-70 meters away. To me the fact that you can cheat like that basically just means the game is badly designed, which is true in many respects.
Moving from cover to cover and other tactics come naturally to most people, but the weapons and the CQB are the biggest challenges, just like they are in Counter Strike.

I like pubg for the bullet trajectories. And he kept pointing out the player canting with the long shots and it does effect your shots in the game. Pretty cool commentary.

A game I'd love to see covered is Foxhole, a massive amount of teamwork is required for both sides to get anything done. Almost everything the players have are produced by a player, from a basic rifle to a 300mm siege artillery piece.

As a PUBG gamer for a long time the point of different shoot outs with different capabilities of each side is really fun

I've said it a million times. There is no better feeling in gaming than getting a Chicken dinner in PUBG. PUB requires more skill than the other BRs. No super human powers. No regenerating Shields. Health won't regenerate unless you med or boost. On console there is no aim assist. It's all you. Recoil control. Taking smart shots. Despite it's flaws PUBG is an amazing BR

@ Cam & Israel - Part of the reason the bots are all running past the guy at the start to the building is because they know the weapons are there, as you never start with weapons in PUBG - you have to hope you can land near an area with loot & that you can get to it before being blasted.
There are random airstrikes that are marked as the red areas on the maps. You kinda wanna take cover if the area settles on you.

Yeah pubg is great, it's much more realistic than the other battle royales. I enjoy the long range gun play
PUBG came out of DayZ, which itself was a mod to the milsim Arma II. There were DayZ servers which tended toward base building, ones which tended toward survival, and ones which tended toward something like Battle Royale. When DayZ standalone was being developed there was a lot of debate about which of these three "forms" of DayZ ought to be at the fore. PlayerUnknown thought it should've been the BR. Soviet Womble made a pretty fantastic video essay on this!

This is a video I didn't needed but did love the sht out of it. Would like to see them try PUBG since it's back to it's glory days and updates are currently flooding the game
Edit: the guy in the vid (sorry for the incoming harsh comment) but he's killing mostly bots. He should be played ranked so that the duos could see the intense gameplay of PUBG
Edit2: the blue zone's dmg dealt increases as the zone gets smaller and smaller, leading to some interesting moments. Oh and also theres lots of tactical gears and stuff they added like the drone, the smoke launcher, and the mortar (which is useless).
The smoke launcher is very useful in some situations and i’m glad they added it to ranked to be fare
I would like to see them react to Thunder Tier One, it's a top down tactical squad based shooter :)

3:45 For that question I would say mostly because new updates don't completely change or "ruin" the game like its competitors... Most updates this game is getting are skins and from time to time some temporary events, but its still true to its core like it used to be. Also this is still the most "realistic" BR of them all, more than Warzone and definitely more than Fortnite... Sure the healing system in here is bizzare but the shooting mechanism feels quite real in here. Theres actual bullet drop, you actually need to use cover to your advantage... Ghillie suits actually do make a difference here etc. The only reason I think its not loved by many like it used to be, is just how exhausting it is sometimes to wait for a new game to load after you died... PUBG isn't a game you simply log into and start shooting. You need to think of a certain strategy if you want to win, and for me winning in BR is better feeling than doing frags all day.
