Cheese Jalapeno Puffs

Cheese Jalapeño puffs hold a special place in my heart. They're a reminder of those childhood days - going to Temple and begging your mom for a dollar so you can enjoy the gooey cheese and the flaky pastry with your friends.

Ingredients:
1 Puff pastry cut into circles
~ 2-3 tbsp mexican blend cheese, or each puff
2 slices of jalapeno, for each puff
a pinch of salt for each puff
a pinch of black pepper for each puff
~ 3 tbsp of milk, brushing the edges
