Introduction to the AP Chemistry Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ's)

- Students often say that the multiple choice questions (MCQ's) are the hardest part of the AP Chemistry test. And they really are tricky. The MCQ's are different from the sort of multiple choice questions that show up on most other types of exams, and they test multiple concepts at the same time. They also require some math skills and puzzle solving. Here, we work through a bunch of AP Chemistry-style multiple choice questions (MCQ's). We'll look at why they can seem so hard, and we'll look at strategies and tips for how to attack them. Usually, students see unfamiliar material, and they think that means they can't get the correct answer. Here, we'll see how you can change your mindset so that you focus on figuring out the questions, instead of simply saying, "My teacher didn't teach me this, so I can't answer it."

You make me super interested in Chemistry even tho I’m no longer in high school. You have a way of explaining that makes me super excited to know what’s next😂😂
Still here, following the chemistry magician who once saved me from academic chaos 6 years ago! Thanks for being a superhero!
I’ve been teaching AP Chemistry for the past decade and I wanted to let you know that, like your other videos, this one is excellent. I will definitely recommend it to all my students
From the bottom of my heart, thanks a lot❤ I am now a CompSci engineering student but I remember being in 7th grade not understanding sht in chem class and coming home knowing u got my back!! Thank you for your invaluable contribution to my life.
I've been watching some of your older videos for my college chem classes. They're so helpful, I appreciate what you do!

I've watched all your videos-seeing you 8 years older is a trip. I love the glow up!
you're literally the best ❤
I really love u man I am a high school student and I was seeing the video of oxidation and reduction which you posted 9 years before in your channel u are a great man thank u for every thing may God give u what u deserve ❤
Yessir!!!! Love the videos Tyler!!!
Hope you find my comment. Loving your way of teaching Your channel has proved extricator for me. I found this channel at my University level and i am clearing my basics. Really desirful to take physical classes from you.Your explaination on one side and giving an excellent analogy is quite interesting.
There is one change you are now look so serious .Hope you find this comment
Please also remain active on other social media. You know what thing make your teaching attractive ! your humbleness.
Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰
This makes me feel less alone in AP world. Thank you

Welcome back sir , I was so eager to see you again. ❤
You are the most amazing teacher 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much,I learn alot from u lots of love❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Please keep making videos
Omg, your beard looks like you just woke up! Just kidding:) It's so nice to see you on UA-cam again. I used to watch your videos when I had Chemistry as one of my subjects, learnt the "mole concept" here only and forever to remember correctly. Ofcourse, you did not have a beard back then!
I hv Played more than thousand games without any tutor
But today I felt the need and it's totally worth it
Tbh I was cracking at the end because I was among one of those hope players

Mr Old Tyler DeWitt, can you create more content for gcse and igcse.
Sir please can you upload inorganic chemistry 😢😢
😊
Hello can you please solve the bank chemistry Chemistry I (Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane) chapter 3 and 4
Just thinking, maybe like we see his videos from 13 or 16 years ,maybe after 13 years from now, this video also will gain millions of views and thousands of comments....man that's..makes me think alot😶
He looks so different compared to years ago lol
He looks so different now🥺
Not related to this video but
Can anyone please solve this :
How do you convert Acetaldehyde to Acetone ?
a) CH³MgBr, H²O, Oxidation.
b) Oxidation, Ca(OH)², Heat.
Answer is given option B only but can't it be done by option A as well ?
A) will work. The chain lengthening step of the Grignard will give propan-2-ol which can oxidised with potassium dichromate to propanone.
@@bonetiredtoo okay, thank you !
Thanks sir
Love you from Sri Lanka dear sir ❤❤
Many of the questions look like they're gonna take minimum 3-5 minutes to solve, yet students are given only 1.5min per question.
Alo, do you know Kathy Nguyễn ? Alo alo
Don’t stop smiling
