Can't wait to ride Mystic Timbers on Saturday June 24th
I rode it yesterday, it was nothing special I got NO airtime! Beast is still the best wood coaster there day or night.

We don't run Racer North (the Blue Racer) until 12:00. Even still, we don't always run both trains if staffing is bad, or if there's a maintenance problem. Both were equally likely that day.
Also I was that guy who said hello and got a picture as I gave up on the Beast line at the end of the night!

Guys! I got to experience a roll back on the mr freeze (St.louis) yesterday. It felt like we were upside down for 5 seconds before we came back to the station.

Skyline is the best
It seems as if you guys are always on endless walks toward some goal. I rarely have those long walks at parks, because I usually just stake out a route and ride everything along that route. I guess when you're revisiting a park, you can get picky and decide to walk a mile to get to a certain ride?
StamfordBridge, it might sound crazy, but when I hit KI myself I follow a pretty established pattern; enter the park and turn left to get my FLP wristband from the service kiosk immediately following the pass/ticket scanners, hit Invertigo and Banshee a couple of times each, then backtrack over to the "Trifecta area" of Diamondback, Mystic Timbers, and The Beast since they are clustered close together.
I will usually ride all of those at least 4-5x each before heading around the Northwest section of the park back to ride Banshee a couple of more times, catching Vortex, Backlot Stunt Coaster, Flight of Fear, Firehawk, Racer, Adventure Express, and The Bat en route. Then back over to the trifecta until closing LOL!
No, it doesn't sound crazy. It sounds like the pattern of someone who's been to the park many times before (so he doesn't need to get on everything and hits favorites primarily) and who gets fast passes (so he can rack up repeat rides and move around quickly).
True! So far have visited it 6x this year, which, as I stated earlier in another comment, is aided by the fact that the terminal I drive out of for my company is a little more than a couple hours south down near Lexington, KY and, the dedicated account I drive on has me going back and forth to/from Chicago often.
it's normal for people to not like Skyline Chili who are not from the Cincinnati area, it's really only an area thing

You probably didn't like skyline because it has chocolate and cinnamon which is not usually in chili. I on the other hand love skyline
You said you didn't love Skyline. I mean I don't think he hated it. I live in Cincinnati and it is one of the best things I ever tasted. I always put hot sauce on it. My mom said her college dorm mate would gag over Skyline Chili and her dorm mate was from Michigan. Also, Larosas Pizza. Some people tend to not like it because of the sweet sauce. I love Larosas. Now, here's what I recommend doing if you try Cincinnati style food. Try Greaters ice cream first because I don't know too many people who hate Greaters. If someone hasn't eaten at a Cincinnati style restaurant in all of their life, I would not recommend started with the Chili places because they would probably be grossed out and never eat in Cincy again.
Hawaiian Coasters 325 yes!! Graeters is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. You have to get one with chocolate chips because they make their own chocolate chips and they are huge
@@cbjgirl23 yeah! The black raspberry chip is my favorite to get at greaters! The chocolate chips are more chocolate chunks!
Kings Dominion might have the better Delirium, but Kings Island has the better Drop Tower for sure!

Uh you have to be a Cincinnati native to really love skyline. I'm a New Yorker now living in Charlotte but I have family in Cincinnati and almost every visit get Skyline chili lol.
And Huss frisbee are def better than Mondial frisbees. I prefer Zamperla frisbees. But the gyro frisbees by Intamin reigns king over all frisbees with have just a lap bar restraint and Zamperla and Intamin frisbees are big people friendly.

skyline has gone WAY down hill in the last 10 years. kings islands food used to be very good and now it sucks. larosas pizza was fantastic and where reds is by diamondback used to be a ww1 aviation themed cafateria that served sone good real food.
if you're not from Cincinnati you will probably not like Skyline or any Cincy style chili
