For those who didnt know...the carbon fibre on the shelby is not the actual carbon fibre..its a carbon fibre sticker wrap..they know how to make cheap things looks expensive,and make the customer pay thinking its a actual carbon fibre 😂
Being the proud owner of both trucks I can honestly tell you. They are two completely different platforms. All the way around. But, anyone who has a chance to grab one, they should. Either way they will be more than happy!

I'd buy a V6 Raptor of the year I preferred, with the options I preferred, and take it to Alpha74 to convert to a supercharged V8. You get the best of both worlds for substantially less cash.

Agree although the wheels are too big and tires too small to me. I’d prefer a 18” or 20” with 35” or 37”.

I choose and drive the off -road version as my daily driver. I love every minute of it!
The lifted truck looks better than the lowered truck. I don’t understand 20” rims for an off-road truck. The exhaust tips look awful.

Which shocks suspension is greater?the one on raptor or this shelby?i choose the one who got superior suspension...exterior is least my concern..great suspension is priority if i want offroad vehicle

Well if you like off roading you should buy the lifted version but for me I prefer the lowered model

Over the last year I had the chance to drive a TRX, Raptor 37 (but not R), and a g36 4x4 squared.
I took what would have been my down payment on a TRX or a Raptor and bought a 2014 Raptor.
I’m a dad with a career and a wife and for the light off-roading I want to do, the 2014 Raptor is MORE than enough.
The only truly “wow” experience was the g36 and since I can’t afford a $360k vehicle, it just doesn’t make sense for me to spend my money on anything more than the 2014 and honestly I probably could have spent $30k on an older jeep and gotten a more capable off-roader than my raptor.

The taller the vehicle the slower they feel, distance from the ground affects your perception.
It's cool don't get me wrong, But I don't think I could justify spending 132k on a truck that's not a diesel

For 10 speed transmission sucks my truck is 2 years old and my transmission went out before the year 2 years is over

Raptor R is made for off-road and the Shelby is not... Wrong wheels (22's LOL) and tires for off-road on the Shelby, the R has 37's on 17" Wheel, also too many "Shelby" logos and runs $20K more than a Raptor R my answer would be No on a Shelby. Raptor R all day.
Barely looks like a truck...and no truck with that low a bumper 'means business' unless that business is towing. Don't get me wrong, it's pretty...and I love the hood...but it belongs on California city streets, not off road.
