The Rhythm Challenge

- This is a cool rhythm challenge that I'm doing with my students. It's designed to work with children from kindergarten all the way up through the 6th grade (with each grade level proceeding as far as they can).
This video's buttons are suppose to take you directly to those sections of the video- but apparently that's harder to do than I anticipated, so for now:
the easy section starts at 0:13
the moderate sections starts at 2:56
the advanced section starts at 5:38
If you'd like to see a google slideshow version of this video, check out this link:
docs.google.co...
*Please note that the slide show presentation is simply still frame images from the video. None of the rhythms or symbols within the slide show are movable. Thus, you can make a copy of the presentation to allow yourself to have editing rights, but even with that, you'll not be able to move the notes around. Sorry!

I love this material. I can share this to my students. Thank you, for sharing this with us. I'm sure my students will love performing this!
I wonder if there is an app for exactly like this. I learn faster when I have visual. Much appreciated! Salamat po!
Thank you so much for sharing all your amazing videos!
6:43 who saw that eighth note move
Haha! I can still remember that when I made the video. It would have taken less than 5 minutes to fix it (but definitely more than 2 minutes), and I thought to myself 'this is in minute 6 of the video- no one's going to watch that much of it enough to notice..." little did I know back then the true nature of youtubers... you notice EVERYTHING!
I saw that too!
Hahaha so funny😒
Amo seu material de Rítmica
Tenho usado em minhas aulas de Musicalizacão Infantil...meus alunos se identificam muito!

I LOVE THE SONGGGGG
Sir how you are able to play background score..what is that tone.please tell me.
I create my own audio for the videos, so with this one, I took the chord progression used in Pachelbel's cannon (which is a pretty popular chord progression) and I made my own version of it. I use a program called MixCraft to create the audio.

Благодарю Вас!!! Это мне очень полезно, я работаю в школе!!!
What font or program do you use for the notes?
I use pictures for the notes. The whole videos is actually just a really elaborate powerpoint- but instead of pwpt, I use adobe animate- but in a similar way to powerpoint. If you'd like to use these pictures yourself, I just uploaded a video a week or two ago called 'the everything file', and in the description box, I link to all these pictures in a google slide show so you can copy and paste them into your own creations.
