Twister Trailer Truck Shot - Full VFX Test Shot + extra VFX breakdowns

Wondered were the truck shot at the end of the teasers/trailers from the movie Twister came from? The original shot is finally here, 25 years later.

I love how the first bit of test footage was never in the movie itself but the DVD menu for the longest time had that as part of the title animations.

This is gold man, I've been looking this forward around Instagram for more scenes taken, but you pretty much made it there directly! Good hunting; Industrial Light and Magic were the glorious times to make these real life particles effects into an action of faith and unbelievable.

it's a test shot they did to convince the studio to make the moie, way before even having the cast done.
