I have had Kränzle for many year and had no problem at all , make sure that the pump you buy have a brass pump and not aluminium pump there is a big differens in how longlife the pump will have..😉😊
Hey Karen, You never know, You might be blessed with another loader from a veiwer or fan. I kinda wish they were here in Florida, I might be interested in one myself. And you did an outstanding cleaning job of the barn. You will have fun withthe pile outside, Not!!! Yay for you. You have to be one of the hardest work farm Woman I have seen in a long while, You remind me of my Grandmother Dillon, She worked on our family farm from before the sun came up till after dark, And that my dear girl is a Compliment from the heart. My grandma was one of a kind and I miss her dearly. Karen have a fine day and a better tomorrow, I enjoyed your video. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Karen, that's sad news, that the loader is going away, you were taking a lot of work out of it. and you were handling it so well, you'll miss it so much, but you've got your shed well cleaned out, I'm sure you're glad that the winter feeding is over, bye Karen.
Well done Karen, your place is looking mint , i know you will miss the loader but a Tractor and loader will do the same work and also the Tractor will do field work as well, best of luck with your chores for the summer.
Great video Karen. Loader made your work more manageable, I’m sure a loader on the tractor will do the same for you. Great clean up job. Enjoyed watching. 👍🏼👍🏼
PTO washer is best . Handy to take down the fields to empty the water tanks as well as clean around the yard. Neighbour had a petrol power washer and burnt down his hay shed. Whatever he was doing with the exhaust. Mountains of dung this year after the long winter/spring.
Another great video, I thought it would take weeks to get that shed cleared. I might be sorely tempted to hire in someone with a big muck spreader to get rid of that dung heap.
Your right about pto power washer I had for years found it extra hassel to get tractor and attach ect .got honda engen one about 5 years ago .I leave it setup all the time .Two pulls turn on tap and go . Good luck
Barn looks fantastic all scraped out and clean. Make sure you get a high water volume pressure washer, pressure over 2750 psi and 3.5 to 4.5 gallons a minute.
Glad that you were able to make good use of the loader over the winter. And you done a good job on cleaning it before it was collected. Thanks again James.
No doubt about it, you'll miss that wee loader - just the right size for your place and so many uses for it. Was it a loaner or did you have to pay a monthly fee or whatever ?
Sad to see the loader going. You should have given a few pros and cons about the loader. It doesn't have to be over technical but your a user of the product and a quick rundown would be super. It would only be your thoughs...Is it good for bales, is it nimble in corners etc etc
Karen if I won the lottery that would be the first thing I’d buy and send it over to you, because we’ve all seen how useful it’s been to you saving you so much hard work and back ache, personally I think it’s more versatile than a tractor loader combo. Just off to buy my lotto ticket, still enjoy your channel very much keep your work.
Definitely get a PTO washer for your 390 and run it on the 1000 shaft. Tractor will only need to little more than tick over to give you plenty of pressure. Buy one with a reel and add an extra 30’ of hose. That way when you set it up to wash you have plenty of hose and don’t need to move the tractor.
Hi Karen, You have that loader well mastered. The 390 and loader will be a little bit different, with regards to view and things, but looking at you there driving that loader, you will have no problems. I would recommend a Kranzle 135 power washer. I have 1 here for the last 30 years, and I have gotten great service from it. You can adjust the pressure up and down for say washing your car to washing out the slatted house. Whatever washer you go for, be sure and get a turbo lance for it. That makes the cleaning out of sheds a lot easier. Also, if you decide to go for a plug-in power washer, don't use an extension lead with it. It is a bad job on the motor. So, if you don't have a power socket in the shed, be sure to get a good long length of hose for the power washer. The length of the hose will not affect the pressure of your washer.
Karen it's hard to beat a pto washer be ideal on the 135 when it will have less to do great to keep the battery charged, the petrol ones are heavy on fuel ⛽
Such a shame the loader has to go, if you can get a front loader on your 390 it will help you do much. My first farm as a student was a small fairy farm and we had to muck out by hand, future jobs progressed from M F 165 to an industrial loading shovel. Your plans for your farm sound good, it's easy enough for us to as adviśe you what to get but paying for it isn't so easy on a budget. Another great video, my daughter is always saying she is an independent woman too. One things for sure you both are and i am proud of you both as I am sure your family are just as proud of you. Best Wishes, Cheers Poth.
Definitely a sad day seeing the loader go, but onwards and upwards, eh? Who knows what the future holds. I honestly don’t remember your subs when I first started watching. 8Kish, 10Kish? You’re now at 19.3K. Look at you. Growing your channel. 👍👍
In my opinion a petrol (HONDA] power washer would be best all rounder for the size and needs of your farm. I used one for many years , and it served me very well.
I had the same dilemma as you over power washer, I went for Honda gx200, barrel fed, get the reel mounted on it. Good washer, mobility wise it’s better than pto imo
For the pressure washer, it depends on your available water flow and budget. Over 25l/minute @ 2500psi is ideal. 10-15l/minute are toys for washing cars. Honda and Robin are good engines. It depends what your local dealer sells, for ease of future servicing and parts.
We angel can you ask the loader owner what's the best price they can hire you the loader annually for and us viewers can PayPal you regular donations towards the hire cost , just to see that contagious smile of yours. X
I seen the loader on the road last Sunday and I said to myself that Karen is going to really miss that machine because she got very good at operating it but hopefully she will put a loader on the 390 before the winter ……. My best advice to you about buying a new power washer is to call to Galvin’s power washers ballydwyer ballymacelligott Tralee they got petrol & electric washers and Karen the most important thing of all is the back up service if it breaks down so I would not buy one on line or some place else because nobody will fix it if it breaks down so Karen remember the place you buy your power washer is the place that you take it back to repair it (happy power washing )
Electric motors burn out too Karen . And they defo don’t like moisture and damp no matter what up eating they have . I think a PTO washer on the wee Massey with. Hawk 3000 psi pump and the 100ft reel attached is a super option . Buy once and buy right . They are approx 1500 euro but get a longer lance and a turbo nozzle . Further away from getting destroyed in splash back .
We’ve got a Hyundai petrol pressure washer at work..3000 psi I think and it’s brilliant! You can put a hosepipe on the inlet or I think it will suction from a barrel too
I would recomend at least a 3000 psi unit my preference is pto as some small electrical units are very week. A petrol one can be harder to maintain when not used regularly. You will always have a tractor that will start
I know you are happy the cows are outside now. Even though you haven't cleaned with the power washer it looks so much better inside now. You have room to move around. I hope the drinker fits that space, tight is fine. Being in Florida I don't have a clue about power washers over there, sorry. I just know that cheap ones are Not built to last. Enjoy the warmer and dryer weather.
grand job as always karen . i bet you didnt want to see the loader go back. hopfulley you can manage for a while . could you not get something in later to help youre hands and back. hopefully you do. good on yer karen. go on karen. go on kerry. by the the way. i saw youre gaelic skills on my phone . and ive contacted the the kerry ladies football team. plus kkg in london. kingdom kerry gaels. they are looking forward to seeing you for training asap. enjoy yourself karen. keep smiling and happy. thursday night night. so its may 24. heavy foggy mist all day. lighting and thunder. still waiting for the better stuff.
Got a go run with the loader I was saying about power washer you can get carter power wash it vgood big one done get small one big I had mine for lang time it go I all so buy one in lids or Aldi I got one to blue one 149 euro it great to for washing path cars os on they do the job if I was you go to alde or lids carter good price hi not tell you what to do keep up good work
Clonmel farm machinery has a couple of washers in its timed auction this weekend on marteye with ml Doyle or else triace in fermoy are super to deal with they'll steer you in the right direction
For a power washer . A pto one wouldn’t be bad for the 135 but would recommend one with an additional gearbox so tractor can run in 540 pto on half revs . If washer has no gearbox the tractor will be on full revs ! A petrol or diesel washer with a good brand name engine and a COMMET (I think that’s how it’s spelled) Pump . A brass pump is better and harder wearing !
Pto power washer are cheaper than petrol ones off the same power, you'll need a fairly powerful one for power washing slats, less maintenance in pto too
Hi Karen hope you are well regards the power washer I have both an electric and a portable petrol one in my opinion a petrol is a no brainer for me I don’t do a big lot of washing but the petrol is so versatile and powerful and less than €500 will get you a good one foam gun attachment is also so handy and you can take it around in your transport box or car trailer no bother saying that I have no experience with a pto one but if I was buying again I would still get petrol they are easy on petrol and I have mine over 15 years now and never missed a beat
Hi for power washers if you're thinking petrol buy one with a Honda engine and a branded brass piston reduction gear pump to suck from a barrel if necessary other than that buy one with the highest output bar and litres per minute you are willing to spend. The hawk pto powerwasher are great job karen with the cone head on lance money well spent u won't regret the power 👍tractor in 1000 pto ticking over serious for dirt

Kranzle 2160 TST Q/R. Amazing German power washer it’s electric. Fantastic piece of kit
It was a Kranzle that I was borrowing and I really liked it
what a cracking loader that has been. great bit of kit!
May you be blessed with another loader! Great advertising for maker!
Live your channel!
Nice to have 20k potential buyers to look at it in 6 hours. Can’t get that many thru dealership! Just saying!!!
Great video Karen. Sorry to see the loader going back
I have had Kränzle for many year and had no problem at all , make sure that the pump you buy have a brass pump and not aluminium pump there is a big differens in how longlife the pump will have..😉😊

Your loader driving skills have came on leaps and bowns well done
pity the loader is going its been a big help for you just need to get a loader for the 390 before winter starts keep up the great work
Hi Karen, that's sad news, that the loader is going away, you were taking a lot of work out of it. and you were handling it so well, you'll miss it so much, but you've got your shed well cleaned out, I'm sure you're glad that the winter feeding is over, bye Karen.

Jeepers you are some worker!
Another great video well done on what looks like a beautiful sunny day, hope life is treating you well
Class loader...super versatile...could be very handy if somebody wanted a nice smart loader
well done Karen you will be just as good with a loader on the 390 great work and video
The MF 390 with a loader won't be as compact and manouverable as that wee artic job. Shame it has to go ☹
PTO washer is best . Handy to take down the fields to empty the water tanks as well as clean around the yard. Neighbour had a petrol power washer and burnt down his hay shed. Whatever he was doing with the exhaust.

It has flattened down a bit now and doesn't look as daunting 😅
Another enjoyable video and your an expert on the loader
Great stuff Karen

Thanks James!
No doubt about it, you'll miss that wee loader - just the right size for your place and so many uses for it.
Was it a loaner or did you have to pay a monthly fee or whatever ?
Have PTO power washer great one but limited on getting in places, I'd go with Honda petrol one
Looking Beautiful Karen.
A Diesel Hot wash would work .
Sad to see a Beautiful loader go.
Have a Beautiful day love from Australia ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Lovly job karen,
Like the way you give a shout out for local business...
All that work done in under ten minutes!!😀
I'm quick 😄😄
Super stuff as always
Hi those were some pretty fancy dance moves you were doing when you were doing there on your clean up. 😊
great stuff
Super video, you've no choice now but to kit out the 390,it was one very good machine.
Thanks for sharing Karen! :D Will be looking forward to seeing how you raise the door and whatever other projects you get your teeth into.
You are as good as any loader when you fast forward
😂😂
Sad to see the loader going. You should have given a few pros and cons about the loader. It doesn't have to be over technical but your a user of the product and a quick rundown would be super. It would only be your thoughs...Is it good for bales, is it nimble in corners etc etc
Honda 2700 psi, get one with the quick release attachments and roll up reel.

We just bought a kranzel 2160 electric power washer and it seems a good job
Definitely a sad day seeing the loader go, but onwards and upwards, eh? Who knows what the future holds.

Hi Karen we have a hawk pto power washer serious job for cleaning out sheds with a turbo head.
Would work on the 135 no problem

Lidil or aldi do petrol power washers from time to time i have one now from lidli for over 12 years and its been great and loads of presure
We angel can you ask the loader owner what's the best price they can hire you the loader annually for and us viewers can PayPal you regular donations towards the hire cost , just to see that contagious smile of yours. X
Ah well hopefully when I get a loader on the tractor I'll manage. I'll just have to figure it out I guess but thank you
A karcher K4 electric would highly recommend it bought mine last year woodies brilliant machine for all kinds of jobs
Thank you I'll check it out
No wet gear on
Multi wash up Laois, has a big selection of washers
I seen the loader on the road last Sunday and I said to myself that Karen is going to really miss that machine because she got very good at operating it but hopefully she will put a loader on the 390 before the winter ……. That's a good point actually, I'll check them out
Like bran new . Got to make room for the new tractors you'll be getting 😊
😅😅
You should keep the loader. It's a very good tool for around the farm
I think she said it was a borrowed one .
It makes sense to get a pto one since you have a tractor, no worrying about another engine breaking down or needing servicing, it's a no brainer .
Electric??
Electric motors burn out too Karen . And they defo don’t like moisture and damp no matter what up eating they have .

I meant IP rating on the motor .
You must of slept well after all that cleaning!
Forget the tractor power washer…buy a Honda 3000 psi one it will do everything you need and cheaper to run
We’ve got a Hyundai petrol pressure washer at work..3000 psi I think and it’s brilliant!
You can put a hosepipe on the inlet or I think it will suction from a barrel too
Hi Karen I have a hawk to power washer for twenty years very little trouble It would work well on the 135

That is very true in fairness
Hallo Karen another great video you are a expert the you handel that loader do you spread that manure on the pasture ground
Yes I do. I'm putting it all on our rough ground to see if I can improve it any bit
grand job as always karen . i bet you didnt want to see the loader go back. hopfulley you can manage for a while . could you not get something in later to help youre hands and back. hopefully you do. good on yer karen. go on karen. go on kerry. by the the way. i saw youre gaelic skills on my phone . and ive contacted the the kerry ladies football team. plus kkg in london. kingdom kerry gaels. they are looking forward to seeing you for training asap. enjoy yourself karen. keep smiling and happy. thursday night night. so its may 24. heavy foggy mist all day. lighting and thunder. still waiting for the better stuff.

youre welcome karen.
You are looking so pretty 💞
Got a go run with the loader I was saying about power washer you can get carter power wash it vgood big one done get small one big I had mine for lang time it go I all so buy one in lids or Aldi I got one to blue one 149 euro it great to for washing path cars os on they do the job if I was you go to alde or lids carter good price hi not tell you what to do keep up good work

Love the line "getting in the habit of being an independent woman" 💃😍
😅😅

Either petrol engine driven or PTO depends if you just want a pressure washer or pressure washer steam cleaner
Karcher are a reasonable make
Pto power washer are cheaper than petrol ones off the same power, you'll need a fairly powerful one for power washing slats, less maintenance in pto too
Ifarm Wefarm had a PTO power washer although he has since got rid of it.
He's gone to electric now I believe
PTO washer with a Hawk pump, and make sure its fitted with a turbo nozzle. You wont look back.
hi karen hows things love your channel your a good one the power washer the best engine washer would be a honda gx200 6.5 hp 2200psi
Thanks for that!
Thanks very much
honda do the best power washers, they are easy to repair and service.
Great video. That loader will be missed. I bought a bull from a man in killorglin a few weeks ago. Lovely scenery
It's a nice part of the world alright
Hi for power washers if you're thinking petrol buy one with a Honda engine and a branded brass piston reduction gear pump to suck from a barrel if necessary other than that buy one with the highest output bar and litres per minute you are willing to spend. List of good brands include maxflow, triace, pd pro
Thank you!
@karenmoynihanfarm if all else fails check the middle aisle 🤔
The hawk pto powerwasher are great job karen with the cone head on lance money well spent u won't regret the power 👍tractor in 1000 pto ticking over serious for dirt
Thank you
Said it before I know but you are one helluva worker. You got to get a replacemen for that loader because slavery in now illegal...Keep 'er Lit
😅😅
Hi Karen honda gx 390 11hp powerful machine but will cut working time in half
And a turbo nozzle too
You could have a chat with Adrian from I FARM WE FARM , about a petrol drivian power washer .
Well done Karen oh loader on your massey Barry in monsterevin selling second hand loaders will collect and fit and return as for the power washer petrol washer all the way so easy 2 start and move around best off luck
Thanks very much!
Main criteria is litres per minute, for eg your typical one for around the house, a good one will have 11 litres per minute, obviously as you go up to industrial sizes that increases and then there all pretty much fit for purpose, turbo nozzles are amazing invention so make sure you get that. As for make you’ll get what you pay for, brass over plastic etc and above all don’t leave it lying for the frost to get it which most of them fall victim to.
Thanks for that
Kranzle electric power washer, Galvins in Ballymacelligott.
A few people have mentioned them. I'll have to spin over
👍
If you're looking for an idea for a loader for the Massey ferguson a rosemore loader is a good one . A rosemore loader can be got in red. Just saying
Thank you I'll look it up. there might be one here close to me which would be handy but I must see it
The petrol power washers are a great job
Hire one in when needed works well for me and its not sitting around doing nothing 90% of the time and it will always work when you get it.
Which 1 do you borrow if you like it could b the 1
It's mental money 😬😅
Barry Fenton in Monasterevin county Kildare is your man for a loader for the 390
It's very far away though
Triace in fermoy I deal with we got Triace 1500 does all sheds and machines its electric. The loader is going to be a big loss
You will miss the loader, hope the Massey can fill the gap left behind.
I'm sure you could pick up a good power washer from the centre aisle 😉
Wouldn't quite do what I need it for 🤣🤣
There a good man in mallow sells power washing he is in the sugar factory road I met him in Charvelleve show
Try a stihl electric power washer
