I enjoy working out with Jessica. Such a good total body workout with so many videos to choose from. I do find it frustrating when Jessica says, this arm or this leg, rather than specifying left or right. It takes my focus off of my body and gets me into my head which takes away from the benefit of how I am moving. Working on figuring this out.
I just LOVE your workouts, Jessica. This one is also perfect for me since I am still recovering from a shoulder injury and surgery and cannot do a lot of exercises on the floor. but this session includes many different body parts simultaniously yet in a gentle way and still got me to sweat. I used just 1lb as that's all I have but very, very, very tired now and out of breath. Thank you. this is great workout, perfect! unfortunately it now has ads running in the middle of the movements....I know nothing is free, but I really prefer to have some sessions behind a paywall and others ad free, than free videos where you have to stop and wait every 4 minutes. I'll have to find other videos in the futuree. Anyways, thank you for your work!
I had to give up on a long workout on another channel that was straining my joints, so I tried this w/ just 2# weights. Exactly right for shoulders and elbows, though I might use 3# for curls next time. Thanks for a workout I could keep up with and feel successful doing!

I tried one of your older workouts this morning, and had to do a lot of modifying, but this felt much safer, and very doable. I have to be very careful with shoulders, so went back and forth between 2# and 3# weights. I'll enjoy adding this to my rotating favorite workouts. Thanks!
Very nice short workout. Just what I need to get back into it after physical therapy. I had to self-correct which leg was in front when on transitioning from curtsy lunge to the longer lunge back. I would definitely do this again as I build back on or when I want a shorter barre routine. I see it's rated as "Intensity: Moderate" and I think that's right even though the duration is short. Thanks, Jessica!
