Redirection and trying to regain attention can be done in a correct way, but you shouldn’t pull on his lead to do so. Taking the extra time is worth it. You can cause damage to your dogs body doing these pull backs with a lead, it’s something to be mindful of

Your dog is overstimulated and shouldnt be in public pulling like that.. pet stores are often extremely overstimulating for animals. The video and your dog is super cute but this is exactly how you create a reactive dog !! I have no idea what your dog is like at home im sure hes lovely , but all im seeing this entire video is a stressed dog.
