Gotta say, this easily is the best review I've ever seen on this chanel. Something sticks out in this review. Maybe its the editing maybe I've missed the last few, but this one itself is just professional.
I got this for Christmas! The base makes it totally worth it! Also there where rumors about this re-using parts but no it's completely new! I also got the optional expansion set coming out in February, it's two aditional wings that go in the waist with 6x Wing Funnels that hopefully also attach to the rifle! You can basically make the Snow White version of the Wing Zero if you just repaint it! :D
1:22 Correction: While the scope is indeed a completely separate piece that you can just paint entirely into metallic green, it is not a clear piece, just the same gray as the rest of the rifle.
Just finished building this one this morning. Just need to add the decals and some panel lining. It looks great on the shelf as it is now without the details yet.
GBD Battologue did this guy little justice It defeated the 00 Quanta with an SD Figure trap It got completely decked by the Burning Gundam (not mad about this, because Burning Gundam is amazing)

Note there is no clear part underneath the buster rifles sensor stickers pre sure. Also wow I've seen many reviews of this model kit and I dont think one has mentioned the zero system gimmick in the head n torso
If you are a fan of the series & suit, get this. It's even more stable than the RG. In fact, it's probably the MOST stable MG ever made. Comparing this to the easily broken Hi Resolution model & the original MG Wing Vanilla Ver Ka that CAN'T FUCKING HOLD THE BUSTER RIFLE ON ITS OWN is like comparing Stargazer to SEED Destiny. Not even in the same universe. The fact that this is based on the final transformable version from the Glory of Losers manga is icing on the cake.
Nice review as always but I should point something out you overlooked. When I built my standard MG Wing Zero (which comes with both colors of the hands) a while back I noticed something about the coloring of the hands in the movie. The color of the Wing Zero's hands are actually different colors depending on what the scene of the movie your watching. For instance in when Hero rendezvous with the Wing Zero the hands are white. Thenthey are are grey in both the scene where it takes off from the bottom of the ocean and the bunker busting scene. They then are white again in the end scene when they say no gundam was ever seen again.

Finished mine last night only thing i dont like is how tight some things are, so tight they cause stress marks, so i filed a few things down. the v fin actually cracked on mine when i put it over the camera, had to cement it back together and paint it (the yellow looks glorious in gold on this kit, at least!)

I remember that I was about to buy the old mg version the month before this was announced on Amazon. It was pretty expensive so I didn't get it. Seems to be a good thing that I didn't buy it Also, the camera seems to make the blue seem like a navy blue. Is it supposed to be like that?
It looks quite beautiful, and it has a surprising amount of gimicks. I guess it might have been even better as a figure though. A touch of some different tolerances is all.

Maybe because I just got quite saturated with the wings releases, both bandai and bootlegs with their own renditions. Speaking of ver ka, I hope bandai planned a zeta (C1 would be nuts) or gp series ver ka. Would really love to see that
The thing that bums me a bit with this new MG Wing Zero Custom EW is the fact that it's not quite fit in with the older MG EW kits because of how detailed it is.
Why do people keep calling the Center Main Camera in the chest the Zero system? That's never been what it is. The Zero system is hardware chips that Can be installed in any of other the machines (confrimed with Sandrock Kai). Sorry, it's just a pet peeve. The cameras have nothing to nothing to do with the Zero outside of being Cameras, which is how the zero system gathers it's information. But the Zero system is never restricted to the "one camera" The Zero system uses all of the cameras to gather it's information. This was confirmed with how the Fighting Sight System works (aka a downgraded, only information gathering part of the zero system) in the Altron. Sigh, the engineering used in the machines in New mobile report GW is way better than people give it credit for and the fact that the visual designs of the computers running the machines being old af tech is actually a long running joke of the artists. The fact that a lot of people don't understand this frustrates me as a fan.
As impressive as this kit is, I think I'll stick with my high grade revive Qubeley for big wing/shoulder binders. Besides, I'm not confident enough in my skills to try a Master Grade.
Both bird modes look like a sugar high 5 year old saw wing gundam do it once and decided they all should do it. looks like shit, and thank god it never happened.

Tbh, the "Space Bird Mode" looks more aerodynamic than the "Atmospheric Bird Mode".

I like the panel line you done on the kit, can you please do a tutorial on panel lining? I have hard time panel lining two lines between narrow gaps.
So those joints in the wing binders for this kit are really flimsy. They should have made those runners ABS as well, but oh well
