Can someone tell me if Coursera doesn't offer free courses in Nigeria ? In India I enrolled myself in a python course which is free and for certificate we can apply for financial aid , but I recommended that same course to one of my friend living in Nigeria and he said he can't either get free access or can't apply for financial aid for that course. I'll be grateful if someone clear my confusion on this.
If he can find the course on the site I am sure he can get financial aid on it. Maybe he is not doing it right. @Rhoda has a video guide on how to apply for financial aid, I think the person should check it out.
