Thanks for clarifying the brain wave functions. I’m using my sisters and she lost the manual. I don’t know what all the negative comments are all about for this Matt. I think the medical industry is trying to keep people from using this amazing product. After using it I slept better than I have in years. It has reduced my chronic back pain by 90% and my legs don’t cramp at night. This is my 3rd time using it twice daily for 20 minutes.I’m anxious to see if the sensation in my leg will come back.

Yes if this works why isn't it partially covered by insurance. I am currently borrowing a friend's I have horrible osteoarthritis to the point where I can't walk I'm in a wheelchair I can't work the last 2 years waiting for disability. I'm in ICU nurse I have other things wrong with me but we are trying to at least keep me calm, and get me out of some of this pain. I was widowed 6 months ago today at the same day I lost my father and I am overwhelmed , at the point where I'll try just about anything.

The jar is the magnet tester. When the PEMF is on, you place it above the mat and it should rattle. Funny they included this as their mats previously were snake oil and didn't emit PEMF at all. You should make another video showing if it works and where the PEMF zones are.

Hey! I got the pemf mat because of your review! I’ve been thinking buying the sauna mat and I noticed you said that we don’t want a sauna with EMF but the PEMF mat has it? Wondering if you could clarify the different with the mat PEMF and sauna being low EMF. Thanks again!

    • @DaniSmith405
      @DaniSmith405  Рік тому +1

Hi Andrew! Great question! While EMFs are used in PEMF therapy, PEMF and EMF are not synonymous. I found some articles that explain it well. One article says "High-frequency EMFs are disruptive to the body because they ionize (charge) cellular atoms, altering DNA. By contrast, PEMFs, which are low frequency, are far more similar to natural frequencies, like those found in thunderstorms, and therefore have no negative impact."
Another article reads "EMFs and electromagnetic radiation are not intrinsically bad or harmful. Radiation simply refers to the movement of energy. There is ionizing radiation, or the bad kind of radiation, and then there’s non-ionizing radiation that does not carry enough energy to remove an electron from a molecule.
The phone you keep in your pocket and the WiFi you sit in at home, work, and the coffee shop are types of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation. These EMFs are also several time stronger than the electromagnetic fields produced during PEMF therapy.
EMFs produced during pulsed electromagnetic field therapy aren’t like other electromagnetic fields. The biggest difference between the EMFs used in PEMF therapy and the electromagnetic fields produced by other man-made devices - and even naturally occurring EMFs - are the frequency, the duration, and focus of the fields.
Different wavelengths, or frequencies, of electromagnetic radiation affect the cells of the body in different ways. Ionizing radiation has a very high frequency, whereas safe, non-ionizing radiation has a low frequency. PEMF therapy generates EMFs at a very low frequency; PEMF Complete devices operate at a frequency between 50 and 60 Hz. For comparison, mobile phones generate EMF at frequencies between 1.9 and 2.2 GHz.
EMF pulsation that occurs during PEMF therapy is another important distinction. Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy sends waves of electromagnetic energy, which alternately engages and relaxes the cells. This promotes proper cell function and cellular healing on a molecular level.
I hope that helps clarify the difference! ☺️
Here's a link to the article in case you'd like to read the full article. pemfcomplete.com/pemf-vs-emf/
There is also another article that I found that talks about the many differences between harmful EMFs and the therapeutic EMFs generated by PEMF devices. One of the things said in the article is "Harmful EMFs negatively affect the body’s natural functions while therapeutic EMFs act in supportive ways, enhancing cellular communication and overall health." Here's a link to that article as well in case you'd like to check it out. www.drpawluk.com/blog/therapeutic-pemf-versus-harmful-emf/amp/

Hi! I personally use the go mat the most because it fits on my office chair so I use it pretty much everyday! When you say the cover, do you mean the large towel? If so, yeah that's definitely not a necessity because you can just use any towel you have but the one for the large PEMF mat is just a really large towel designed to fit it.

Hi! The first ever product I got from Higher DOSE, I bought myself! I bought the sauna blanket from them years ago as it was recommended to me by my functional practitioner for my health journey and have loved it for years. As a result of making a video about their sauna blanket (that I purchased), the brand saw my video and offered me to try more of their products. I totally understand it can be hard to trust a stranger on the internet because there are so many fake reviews out there. My goal has always been to help people with the content I make. None of my videos with Higher DOSE have been sponsored, meaning I've never been paid to make a video. I provide affiliate links since this is my job and one of the only ways I can earn a little bit of something in return for posting free videos on UA-cam but if you've watched more of my videos on my channel, you'd be able to see that I don't recommend every product that I review regardless if I could recieve commission on it if someone uses my link.
I hope you'll be able to see my authenticity if you watch more of my content but I respect you for questioning it, because I do the same thing when seeing reviews online! It's hard to know when people are being honest.
I genuinely have loved so many of Higher DOSE products and am so happy I purchased their sauna blanket years ago but again, I know I'm just a stranger on the internet so I always recommend people do as much research as they can for products so they aren't just taking my word for it. These wellness tech products are expensive so I respect people questioning it and really looking into it before spending their hard earned money on it! I did research on their sauna blanket for a while even after my functional practitioner recommended it to me! It's still a favorite of mine to this day and I now use their Go Mat almost every day on my office chair!
Anyways, sorry for the essay response! 😄 I hope you can find some helpful information on my channel and I appreciate you taking the time to watch my video!

I'm sorry you feel that way. I take notes and refer to them while I film to make sure that I don't forget to mention anything in the video. My goal in the video is to provide details about the product and then share my personal experience with it. I always recommend people do their own research! I don't expect you to base your decision solely off of my experience but I hope my video can help some people to learn more about the device so they can make the right decision for themselves on if they think it would be a beneficial product for them or not. ☺️
