Great to hear you found the episode informative! We haven’t reviewed that mat, however we did speak on this in our recent PEMF Talk which will be out soon 🙌
Great question! As you mentioned, grounding mats don’t generate a magnetic field, so you can’t technically measure their strength with a gauss reading. However, we often use this comparison because the Earth’s magnetic field is about 0.5 gauss, which is similar to what you may experience from grounding. It’s a useful comparison when people ask how the strength of a grounding mat compares to a PEMF device.
@@ThePEMFPodcast OK, but since no gauss from grounding, then the gauss to compare should be when one i standing on zero ground with plastic shoes, to compare to the pems gauss, I should think?
This was brilliantly simple thank you! I am in USA. I am looking at a PEMF mat promoted/sold by Gary Brecka, it is $5000. I only want PEMF, I already have a Biomax900 red light system, can you suggest the top 5 PEMF mats. Do you have opinion on Gary Brecka’s mat? Thanks
That's great to hear you found the podcast helpful! We personally don’t recommend the $5000 Purewave Gary Brecka sells, as it only has an intensity of 0.4 gauss, which is lower than the Earth's magnetic field, so it is the same as what you would get from grounding outside. It’s a decent system that focusses on PEMF alone, but for the cost there are other alternatives that we feel offer more. It does depend on your budget really and what you are looking to use PEMF for, but we can still help! We have written a top 5 PEMF devices that we recommend and I will post the link in the comments below for you to read, but if you are combining your Red-light machine with a PEMF mat, I would recommend personally for you to go for the CELLER8 PEMF full body package. The full body mat is 50 gauss and the smaller applicator is 100 gauss intensity, so you get a lot more bang for your buck. The device is also fully portable with a rechargeable battery. It folds down too, and goes into a carry bag, as well as being able to use it on the sofa or a bed. The cost of this unit is around $2,500. So, I would recommend saving some dollars and go for this unit and it would be the perfect partner for a Red-light panel if you can use that at the same time too. We have not seen this product before but it may be beneficial for sleep however not for the other benefits you may be looking for from a PEMF device as it looks more like a grounding mat rather than a PEMF device. For the price too you could get a more versatile device with adjustable frequencies and intensities etc.
Good information but please don't plug your earthing mat in your home electrical system, it's a bad idea! Install a dedicated earthing pole in your garden, clamp a wire to it and run it to your bedroom. If you live in a flat and can't install your own earthing rod then get a PEMF mat!
@@MayFive its bad because how it can conduct EMF's from the air and dirty electricity from the Power socket. I have this problem with mine using it in a apartment. It increases my plus when i use it and dont feel good
I have a PEMF and recently started learning about grounding Can you use both at the same time? Like put my feet On a grounding mat while having my PEMF applicator on my back or knees ? I asked the chiropractor who loves Bemer but he didn’t know the answer. ???
Thanks for your question, Laura! Essentially yes, you can use both at the same time, if you are trying to save time. There is no major reason why not and it won’t be counterproductive, however we would say the technology doesn’t stack together in perfect harmony as PEMF is trying to deliver magnetitic fields at certain pulse rates and grounding is always consistent to the Schuman resonance of 7.8Hz. We would suggest it would probably be most effective to do one before the other in any order or at separate times of the day to spread the benefits of each session.
Very informative! Have you reviewed the boncharge mat max?

I AM IN A PROCESS OF DESIGNING A PEMFDEVICE ALMOST 3 TESLA
Good luck👍
Informative. How is it possible that a grounding mat has a gauss reading? Besides the electrical Earth potential...

There’s a new product out that has PEMF & Terahertz out, we are having wonderful results, I can get you info if you’d like.
Does a Magnetico sleeping pad provide the same health technology as a PEMF mat?

I’d love to know why it’s a bad idea instead of just saying without any reason why or any science to back it? 🤷🏽♂️

Spraying chemtrails in the skies and then telling people they need to go barefoot, what could go wrong?
