Thank you Lucy. I have been doing your workouts from May 2022. I do them early in the morning and they are a good start to my day. For six weeks I had to rest my right foot. I was doing the sitting exercises. Thank you once again.
This was fun! My son thought I looked funny when I did one of the walking videos (my favorite btw), but this one he actually joined me and did it with me! Needed this because I have gotten morbidly obese and everything puts too much pressure on my knees. With this, I can slowly get used to working out again.
Lucy your seated workouts are really helping me stay motivated and inspired! I am 30, but I have arthritis and a couple of injuries that have kept me from doing a ton lately - but so far I've done one of these videos every day now, and look forward to continuing each day! I am so thankful you made these seated workouts. I injured my foot recently breaking in a new pair of athletic shoes and need to rest my injury for a bit. The weather today was gorgeous and I wanted so badly to go out and be active. While I was bummed I couldn't do that I remembered your series of seated cardio. I never realized how much imagining something like pushing open heavy doors would change how your muscles react to the movement! I love this workout. I think by the time I can do standing or walking workouts again, my arms are going to be much more toned than they are now.
Thank you for this seated workout. I am able to adapt my workouts to a seated workout because of an injury. I have a sciatica problem and your seated workouts are a great help to allow me the ability to continue exercising. Please do some more seated workouts...they are fun and effective.
These are so great for people that sit for long periods of time like for work and stuff. Plus I really feel the work out when sitting too, especially in my stomach and shoulders!!! Great video, no excuses now for me because I’m sitting down!!!
I tried this workout for the first time this evening. I had a walk this morning, and a long day at work, so this was perfect for a quick burst before I wind down for bed. Even though its seated, I was still able to really work out and feel the burn! Thankyou Lucy 🙏
Lucy, I love all your workouts! But I recently had a hip strain and I'm unable to do some of the things that I really want to do, so imagine my surprise when I found this workout! I've just done it and it feels great... I'll keep doing it and will even come back to this after my hip is healed. Thank you thank you thank you!💜💜💜
Loved this workout as recently had knee surgery and unable to weighbear for several weeks if not longer , so this is ideal to keep my upper body strong until one day I get back to the full body exercising with you! Thank you !
I have been following up at least days a week with these chair aerobics. I don't necessarily see a difference but I definitely feel the difference with my midriff section. I lost 5 lbs according to my scale and I must admit my diet hasn't changed. I'm sure if I left out my 2xs a week of pasta dishes I would shed more calories but this pandemic has me somewhat alienated from my family and fiends. After the exercise is over I already start to feel more energetic. So this will have to do till I can get back into my normal routine if there is such a thing in the future. I look forward to this short but lively exercise regime each morning ! Thanks Lucy
@@aryavishnu3902 yes it was two weeks. I didnt diet though. But I did not eat candy, cake, etc either. I wasnt as brisk exercising as the lesson on you tube because of my arthritis in my neck and upper shoulder therefore it even helped my stiffness as well.
Lucy, my 80-year-old father and I do these seated chair workouts (via Zoom). It took him a few days to get the hang of Zoom but now it's our time together and I get to check up on him at the same time. It helps that he thinks you are very easy on the eyes. He doesn't like doing workouts led by men. LOL
Just did this and wow would have never of thought I could feel a workout sitting down. I'm going to do this till I get routine down and then I'm going to do it while I watch tv I had ankle weights on so next time I do it I'm going to use my dumbbells as while and will do this on days I feel to tired to exercise but feel guilty if I don't. This is great I'm going to see what other one's you have and learn them all.

Can’t spot reduce fat unfortunately so it will come from all areas of your body

By keeping the tummy muscles tight, it works the core and helps prevent lower back pain while doing the workout
