Pienso que el mayor problema radica en que los juegos que salen intergeneracionales no pueden aprovechar al maximo la potencia y tecnologias de las nuevas consolas asi teniendo que limitarse a la potencia bruta de estas (Creo que el ejemplo mas claro seria comparar la One X con la Series S) Tambien que dedicarle tiempo a optimizar mas dispositivos como lo es la pasada generacion hace que los juegos no se luzcan tan sorprendente en las nuevas generaciones habiendo solo ligeros cambios entre una y la otra, de hecho el ejemplo mas obvio que puedo dar es el de Fortnite ya que la diferencia entre las versiones One S/X son bastantemente grandes con las de las Series S/X (por el cambio de motor de Unreal Engine 4 a 5 obviamente)

No, that could not be the case. The Xbox one X gpu consumes way more power than the series s gpu creating way more heat. The small size of the series s could not cope with that. It’s not that simple. One x gpu is also older architecture.

When gta 5 came out for Xbox one vs Xbox 360. It was so different like you couldn’t see the mountains across the map before, textures and vehicle interior didn’t exist but here the differences are very minor

Still love my One X because runs many games at 4K or close enough like here. At a (Mostly NATIVE resolution) depending on the game, whereas the SX and SS use FSR upscaling and dynamic resolution. The X is usually "fixed" and doesn't jump between high and lower resolutions the entire time. That's why on it's released I got one, it was "pure" and way ahead of it's time, and ahead of the PS4 Pro. Also shameful performance and resolution the Series X, looks like the regular Xbox ONE. uggh.
Xbox should have just reused the GPU from the one X in the series S. it's still hitting 4K easily while the series S can only do 1440p max in most games
La Generación 8.5 de como una de 1.3 Tflops contra 12Tflops la diferencia es poca, siempre dije que el poder de la actual generación solo tiene soporte para una máxima resolución, Ray Tracing y mas estabilidad.. con inclusión de modos que ayudan al sistema a reescalar y rendir mejor ya que el poder que tienen no son ni suficientes para el 4K nativo. Pero esta generación tiene tiempo para demostrar, de momento casi nada.
La verdadera potencia de la novena generación aun no la vemos la veremos en juegos como Hellblade II, Fable, GTA 6, Gears 6, o un hipotético The Last Of Us 3
