A glib, emotionally empty, irresponsible, long-time drunk, delusional narcissist is put on the stand by an attention-seeking, ill-prepared, yes-man lawyer... how could this possibly go wrong for her?
Cross-examination was pitiful. They should have asked her what her plan was for letting him out. Nobody could possibly stay in a suitcase for long and be ok. Yet, she didn’t call the police. Her story makes NO sense.
At the time of Jorge's death, Sarah was in her forties. She'd had a child. She was drinking heavily all day. You can't tell me that she slept through the entire night without having to get up for a pee at least once; apparently she didn't get up until around noon the following day. She had opporunities to notice that Jorge hadn't come to bed.
Hide and seek. In an apartment. There were what, 3 places to hide? Unbelievable and incredible. How she enticed him to enter the suitcase has not been resolved. Then she zipped it up. And struck him with a bat. And taunted him as he begged. Now add her selective memory. Quite an unsympathetic witness.
Yall she was terrified but didn't video tape that part so she'd have evidence of what he was doing and didn't call the cops on him like she's done multiple times before. But she video taped herself taunting him while he begged for his life. Interesting choice.
I wonder if she intended to leave him in the suitcase as a means to punish him for something she perceived that he did. She expected him to be alive and submissive in the morning, but found him dead instead.
That's what I think, however, it doesn't really add up that she's not seeming distraught or upset. That's what throws me off. If you accidentally killed your partner, you'd be so upset even 4 years later

Plus she was like "I think it was like this". If I unzipped a suitcase with the dead body of someone I loved inside I would never be able to get the sight of it out of my head. You think? Girl what?
According to this Murderer during the interrogation that-- . That day she. zipped Jorge in that suitcase. - THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL / GREAT. DAY --- THAT MEANS. SHE DOESNT HAVE ANY REASON. TO BE SCARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m disappointed that she hasn’t kicked off and had one of her screaming tantrums in court. It’s all a bit anticlimactic really lol
Going for a “if the zipper don’t zip… you must acquit” defense 😂
Her casual demeanor is unbelievable. The fact she had a 9 year old around this toxic environment is beyond belief!!
It's hard to believe any story she tells will be enough to overcome that video she took.
But it's Florida. Who knows
On direct, she remembers every detail. Now, on cross, she's not sure.
I hope her arrest video is shown. This testimony contradicts it terribly
And all the ones w jorge
It was
Already
It’s so easy for her to totally put all the fault on Jorge. He isn’t alive to defend himself.
HOW TF ARE WE STILL HERE???? PUT HER IN JAIL ALREADY
IKR? The video footage pretty much says it all.
She's already in jail.
She is in jail. She needs to go to prison. Long term in prison.
@@Somewhere-In-AZ Yes.
@@Somewhere-In-AZ that's what I meant. I was thinking on how are they still in court to put her away when the evidence is as clear as day...
shes a sicko
And not one tear retelling the fear, and sadness of losing Jorge
They should also tack on another 10 years for that disgusting carpet...
She's going to jail. Her self-defense claim is ridiculous
What a set up, that TV was not smashed in anger, it was probably broken and they were getting rid of it. She has goaded, prodded, controlled and manipulated him, and most of her injuries would of been him defending himself. Poor man 😥
Exactly! 👍 They tried to make it seem like Jorge was acting crazy, threatening, and swinging the bat to scare her, but seeing the video, shows Sara was ok with it, and even agreed to help him clean it up, if he smashes it, and she agreed! What a snake 🐍 Sarah is!
@@Gypsyraingoddess-1 Definitely!
A glib, emotionally empty, irresponsible, long-time drunk, delusional narcissist is put on the stand by an attention-seeking, ill-prepared, yes-man lawyer... how could this possibly go wrong for her?
So strange that she doesn't remember taking the photo of him when he got in but she remembers them laughing. Pants on fire.
Ohhhhh boy, she’s gonna regret not taking that plea deal. 😬
Wait wait wait, I thought she was SO drunk….now she remembers details?
Ugh... I literally can't listen to her lying through her teeth.
Cross-examination was pitiful. They should have asked her what her plan was for letting him out. Nobody could possibly stay in a suitcase for long and be ok. Yet, she didn’t call the police. Her story makes NO sense.
I was surprised the government let defense ask so many leading questions, and that cross-x was shockingly poor.
He was in there 12 hours with his face pushed into his knees. Ugh!
I didn't think of that! She would have had to pee at least a couple times in over 12 hours. She would have noticed he wasn't with her
@@DaysieRose Absolutely. I don't know why the prosecutors didn't ask her that.
How old is she now?
@@monamedley6666 She was born in '77
Wow. The nerve of this woman
“You could tell that he was uncomfortable”
“I’m guessing”
🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾
1:46 That "smile" is SO. CRE. PEY!
She never seems to show remorse or expresses love for him. No appropriate emotion, given he was her fiancé.
Life without I hope.
Me too!
This woman will poop her pants when/if the jury convicts her!
The carpet looks filthy!
I'm dead tired of seeing those ugly sandals, lol. They are so sarah
batshit crazy!
I wonder if she intended to leave him in the suitcase as a means to punish him for something she perceived that he did.
She expected him to be alive and submissive in the morning, but found him dead instead.
That’s exactly what I think! She thought she would leave him in overnight, and let him out the next day! There was definitely no fear for Sarah!
That's what I think, however, it doesn't really add up that she's not seeming distraught or upset. That's what throws me off. If you accidentally killed your partner, you'd be so upset even 4 years later
She had cps called on her for putting her son in a suitcase, she was warned of the dangers.
She told him why he was in there, over and over while he begged to get out.
@@mf8125 yeah… That was the strangest part. She wasn’t even crying or upset, the moment she found him in there, nor has she shown any remorse or love since that time. A complete narcissist!
The amount of blinking she did whenever she was on the stand is not normal. Compare it to her legal counsel hearings and she'd argue with the judge. She's absolutely lying.
I heard one of the body language experts, speaking about this last night, and they said it was because she’s lying.
I think she took the suitcase out on purpose, waited till he was slopy drunk and told him to get in there on purpose, I think she could of planned it, she's definitely a liar and very sick
Remember, she swore on her childs life in her interrogation video
Not gonna lie. She’s guilty as sin. But her lawyer has done very well. We know she’s a liar. But I’m worried the jury won’t see her lies
Same here! The Prosecution has dropped the ball.
what an amazing/ brilliant defense strategy! She CLEARLY has a world class lawyer, and not some bottom of the barrel/ last available option on earth kind of lawyer...
Lyin' liar lyin' big lies
I can't believe she is saying she was in fear. In that video there was no fear. She is just plain evil.
She wasn’t arrested for calling 9-1-1 she was arrested for killing him! She makes me so furious!
How did the lower hand get free? My goodness she’s a liar how could he move around in that little space. Split second reaction…girl you went to bed after you beat him with the bat while he says he can’t breathe.
She's had 4 years to think of a better defense and its still this!? "Hide n seek, arts n crafts, puzzles" Says the middle-aged wrinkly potato as I cringe.
You could say this is an open and shut case
This defense is why at least 4 lawyers quit
More like 8 lawyers. 😬
8? Something like that. No one likes this person.
I hate the way she lies under oath
Am I the only one who suspects that she expected Brian to take that suitcase and dispose of it for her? She wouldn't call the cops until he made her do it.
100000%
I completely agree with you. She ran to Brian to solve all of her problems. This one, he would have no part of. She dragged Brian & her son into this.
Wondering why she didn’t call the police to protect herself from him??
because the police are useless
She’s such a terrible liar.
What about when she has been drinking .they are both drunk and violent.
She didn’t “forget” that he was in there… she laughed at him, talked some smack, and then stumbled upstairs and passed out. 🤷♀️
She no way told Brian about him zipped in,
And poor sarah
Shes always the victim
Telling a man who you " love " to stop doing that to me!!!"" To a man completely in a fetal position zipped in a metal lined suitcase
And we dont know if she left it right side up ??!!!
If she was scared while he was in the suitcase, why not call the cops? What she did was the same thing as vigilant justice.
Jail has not been kind to Sarah
Who _is_ jail "kind" to?
Yeah she looks awful 😂😂
She didn't have a lot going for her in the first place.
Two drunkards. Bad things are bound to happen.
Horrible act. No remorse, no emotion. Such a passively abrasive woman. Karma will put her in a small space for life.
TV shot showed her studying the BBS ‘wheel’ of what qualities as BBS! Remember, she is a ‘straight A’ student & she excels at everything!
I am reading every comment on here. Everybody despises her.
The prosecutors underestimated this case
Aghast?
Shes called the cops multiple times, only to the very NEXT day go and bail him out. Which fine i get some dv victims do this. But she also would just go to her exes. So she had a safe place to go if she was afraid. Yet she thought he could get out, was so afraid he was gonna hurt her, or end her life but she went upstairs and doesnt even barricade the door and just falls asleep. The math doesnt math.
Agree
Being in an abusive relationship does not give you the right to kill anyone.
Why would anybody ever want to get into a suit case?I don't understand it.Why did he ever get in it?It's crazy
I cannot wait for a GUILTY VERDICT!!!
