Buttons in the wrong places should be the worst problem. It is trivial for an honest 12v electrician to add new switches. Two hours should be plenty of time. But that's really an easy DIY project. Cheap and easy.
I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Airstream was making Class Bs motorhomes well before Grech. Grech has been around for a while but they have only been making motorhomes for the past few years.

Lots of flaws in the cabin. If you’re thinking owning one this crap, I suggest to hire a RV inspector certified by National Recreation Vehicle Inspector Association (NRVIA).
I’ve owned two of these over the course of the past six years. Aside from some problems with the old version of the roller shades, no significant problems to speak of. Looking forward to buying my third.
That Mercedes Chassis is soooooo nice. I have one, you feel so SAFE. Lots of features. Worth the money for sure.
