While technically correct I would be entirely surprised if a jury has ever convicted a woman of this in the western world even if they had used a drug of some kind like GHB or rohypnol.

I would have agreed to testify in court. Agreed to going against Tina. Then when they leave, I'd message Tina (so she had it in writing) that I was approached by them and that I agreed but that I would be testifying on her behalf. Tell the truth and nothing but the truth. Explain how they came to me and explain what they wanted on the stand in front of the judge. 🤷🏾♀️
