Certainly a bug the original wiggler time trial was in Wario’s gold mine, when the modders did the new cod for wiggler it wasn’t as perfect as the original

Dry Bones's Race is with Thwomp and Toad's Race is with Wiggler just like Mario in Mario kart ds Dry Bones's Boss Battle is against Pokey and Rosalina's Boss Battle is against Topmen.
