Versailles Oak Wood Flooring

The floor that was picked was a Versailles panel made up of quarter sawn and rift sawn oak from Europe.
We had bespoke made in a set size to fit the size and shape of the room.
This allowed us to get the floor to fit equal on both sides of the room to look very balanced.
The floor was fully bonded to a pumped screed system, which has under-floor heating in it with a mitered English Oak surround border,
Which was mitered in the corners, and routed and joined to the floor.
The floor was then sanded, and finished with four coats of Bona Kemi Traffic which is a Swedish produced lacquer, gives a really nice finish and is immensely durable.
We had a team of between two and three guys on the job and we were here for approximately two weeks
Installing the floor and sanding and applying the finish.
With all our projects we aim to exceed customer's expectations.
This project being no different at all.
The customer recently came in and was absolutely thrilled with the look and feel of the floor.
The feedback gets passed down from the top of the chain right to the apprentices, and everyone in the company is boosted by the feedback we get from our clients about how pleased they are not only our standard of work, but the politeness of the guys on site.
