In theory no you do not need a business website or business email to start a SMMA or start reaching out to prospects, but it's great for positioning. If like that person has a denial for me?
My question is what do you do when you are trying to secure your first client but they are skeptical and want proof of what your services will gain in return? Basically what if they want testimonials but they are your first client.
