Yes, I believe so. James Tyler loaded a bunch of electronic options into that guitar. I used the closest thing that I had on hand to try and approximate it.
You're not even in the same ballpark man. You need a TSC to pull the cleans off along with a modulated reverb. Dann never ran a plate reverb. Also, the guitar's electronics play about 30% of the overall sound in Dann's tone. the way the guitar is wired makes all the difference.
The wiring of the guitar doesn't make up for the 30 percent of tone. Ever. Doesn't matter how very well read you are. The speaker you use or IR, in this case that makes a difference, or the amp. But even the cab has a bigger impact than the amp itself when it comes to tone and eq. You have no idea what youre talking about if you think wiring is 30 percent. Play guitar and shut up instead of shitting on other peoples work.
Awesome! You did it. Thanks for all your work!
keep sharing my friend. fantastic
Fantatisc ! Thanks for your hard work and sharing !
Another great breakdown! Thanks for sharing! I also got you a few more followers 😊
Awesome! Thank you! The more the merrier.
Once again, you don't disappoint! Fantastic job, I like this tone a bit more than the 80's Studio Rack Tones. Thank you for sharing 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Very good job ! 👍
Fantastic.did you have to back off much on the effects as you stated ? So pleased you did this 👍
Backing off the effects was just a personal choice. If you want more just increase the mix levels of the delay.
Great job! Will you share the preset on the Quad Cortex Cloud? Regards.
It's there. You should be able to find it.
So good!! Ty!
Isn't Dan guitar "HSS" actually a humbucker stack in the middle and neck positions? Then he can do some trickery to make them kinda single coil-ish.

I love your artist presets, would you be interested in making a Jerry Cantrell and Dave Mustain preset?
by any chance we see a Nick Jhonston rig)))
For the drive tones the plugin does it better imo, more 80’s and more 3D…
Maybe should you try an Axefx 3, it’s the best for effects imo
The clean sounds very good. But not like Dann Huff.
