I was just thinking when that interview came out … oh boy, I wish Davlav Music has seen Dann Huff/Vertex effects video and he just recreates the whole damn thing on the QC! Well, my wish came true, Can’t wait to see what you will do! 🙌🙌 That clean sound just blow my mind, I always go for that Endless Summer Nights by Richard Marx kind of tone, that blows me away.
Thanks for taking the time to do this video & nice playin' - I actually bought the software on the strength of this video but when I downloaded the Huff preset pack, the 2 drives tones (dan's Overdrive & Dark overdrive) were not there??? Any advice??
Huff's interview was great. I was hoping for a Quad Cortex recreation when I clicked the thumbnail though :) In any case appreciate the videos you put out!
Well... This reacts just like an amp when taking down he volume pot. Thing is with software amps that your input level to the sound interface has to be correct and and with the correct pots and maybe treble bleed you can't go wrong. It works for me anyways! Nice vid ❤🎉
Just so I get this straight: if I buy the S-Gear plug-in, these Dann Huff presets are readily available? This basically sells it for me; however, I have zero faith that I'd be able to recreate it. I'm like an X-Files antagonist when it comes to interacting with tech stuff.
Yes, you can download the Huff presets from the website. I'm assuming they will keep them available. I think the link is in the description for the Vertex video.
Sorry, my 10-day trial has expired. I would suggest a few things: First, in the Vertex video they show screen shots of the plugin settings. If that's not enough detail, then installing the plugin and downloading the Dann Huff patches is pretty straight forward.
Sounds great!

Sorry, can't think why that would be. I actually never bought the plugin so when the trial expired I lost access.
Looking forward to it. Ty!

I tried to make sure it was clear that this isn't the QC version yet. Sorry for any confusion. Look for the video with the QC preset esky next week.
@@davlavmusic7070 Not your fault at all, it was clear. I'm just used to getting great QC videos from you.

@@davlavmusic7070 thank you
Actually I'll just copy your settings and make new presets...
Can you post the values for all devices within the plugin?
