Best thing Ive found is to not do the screw bit of the lid up too tightly, it only needs to hold the other bit in place, the seal is between the side of the circular bit and the neck. To open, release some but not all the pressure, then slowly unscrew, at some point the circular piece will pop out and release the rest of the pressure, then you can undo the lid all of the way. If you release too much pressure so it doesn't pop out just pop a bit of gas in (making sure the screw bit is done up a little so the lid doesn't fly off!).
Fun facts was ace, I always try and remember off the top of my head but love Bock beers and that was great 🍻
