Hey. I haven't had any major problems with the vehicle so far. I bought it for €10,000 with 140,000km. The only problem was misfiring of the cylinders. The reason for this was my performance air filter which I had installed. This was apparently of poor quality as it cracked after a while. This caused the engine to suck in unfiltered air. I removed the filter and reinstalled the original. So overall, this engine is one of the most robust in the e90 series. If not the best. If you buy this car, you will use around 11 liters of fuel on average. There is no rust anywhere on the vehicle except on the rear axle. But that is what BMW intended. The N52 motor also produces an excellent sound. The engine uses less oil for a naturally aspirated engine. After about 6500km you can add half a canister of oil. Good luck with your car search. :)
