Benchmade is innovative and make quality knives alright, they have become Master’s of giving you “More for Less”...I mean, “Less for More”. The only thing Premium about Benchmade is there prices...
I have this knife. Using it for hunting skinning etc. it seems a little light for heavier use. My Adana’s or other knives are for taking the harder task. Good vid!
I wouldn’t even worry about taking it down for cleaning. Warm water with some dish soap, work the action a bit to let it self-clean. Rinse it out then use some compressed air to blow it out. A few drips of oil and you’re done.
@@MoorlanderEDC Mini bugout is too small for me I wear XL gloves haha. New to your channel loving the content, liked the video with the Weekender. Do you use that a lot? Is it worth it?
Own a Bugout, Mini Crooked River, and 940 that I bought 2015-2019 and coming from someone who enjoys Benchmades, their prices now are no longer worth the spend. Will be shopping for Spyderco and other brands in the future.
I only buy through my gov sites or on sale. I got, this, one for 200.00. Still high but better than 300.00. I refuse to do that. 200 really pushed it but I really liked the knife.
There's a third Benchmade Tagged Out model. It has a CPM - MagnaCut blade with an opening hole like on the CPM-154 model. The blade is safety orange CeraKoted (an abomination IMO). Scales are carbon fiber. MAPP priced @ $337.50 U.S. Dollars. ... Part # BM15535OR01
At that price I'd be afraid to use it ... Seriously

Benchmade ? No way for me ! Not because of the quality (it seems at the level 'very very good') ... but the price comparing of what you have and comparing with other brands for the 'same knife'
Benchmade is the only knife brand I know of who’s price increases have far outpaced my rising comfort zone...
They're definitely a premium brand

The commercial S90V has no nitrogen. There is a patent on S90VN but it's not in use.
Just bought my first benchmade! m390 aluminum bugout. Think I'm going to go for the bailout next
Oh nice. The mini bugout has been on my list for a long time now. Need to get one

Looking for the ideal knife to cut down cardboard boxes? Is this a good knife for cutting cardboard?
Thank you.
Kubey Duroc $48
It’ll be fine. Not as good as a box cutter, but otherwise it’s got a thin blade and good steel.
whats the weight in oz mate?
The Benchmade website says they're 2.889oz
Fun fact you cannot plate titanium orange so it has to be "aluminium" or its cousin aluminum :P
I’ll stick with my Buck 110.
😂 $300 no way buddy. My pricey knife is Kubey Duroc $48 ✌🏻
If u cant afford a simple 300$ for a great knife … maybe this aint the one for you… 😂
How much?!! Oie! 😨😱
I'll stick with my Morakniv Champion, Basic, or Kansbol. 😏

I would not use it for that. Just buy a Milwaukee razor knife for that for about 10 bucks.
