Public healthcare facilities in Lagos are underfunded, understaffed and underequipped. Although private healthcare facilities offer a better standard of care, the quality of facilities varies. Expats requiring serious medical treatment are likely to require air evacuation to a country with better facilities.

We have, at least every state capital can pass for a city!
But I agree with you, Lagos IS congested!
There is one way to decongest Lagos!!
      RESTRUCTURING, DEVOLUTION!!
By allowing states governments to be the crux of the matter, by allowing states to produce and control their resources ( when people hear this, they all think oil)!
But NO!! Perhaps the best resources that every state can have, is people!
If states governments can harness their respective people with the needed skills set, they could boost manufacturing, startups, and all other such industries!
We should allow Warri, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Calabar to operate seaports that can be used for imports and exports!
If other state capitals can raise productivity levels, it would draw investors and the like away from Lagos!
