Perhaps the best resources that every state can have, is people! If states governments can harness their respective people with the needed skills set, they could boost manufacturing, startups, and all other such industries! We should allow Warri, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Calabar to operate seaports that can be used for imports and exports! If other state capitals can raise productivity levels, it would draw investors and the like away from Lagos!
