1. How does one figure out the best suited practice and deity for them besides their preference.
2. What practices in our religion differ wrt men and women
To give you an example
a) The Devya kavacham that is done alongside Durga saptashati has a verse for protection of the doer's wife does that mean women/ girls can't do that.
b) The Argala stotram also done alongside Durga saptashati, it's 24 th shlok talks about the doer's wife again. The ending of Argala stotram also promises boon in masculine gender, i.e., nar
Does that mean that females can't do these things .
Where as the 32 names promises that for everyone, i.e., manushya
(I AM NOT A PSEUDO FEMINIST THESE ARE MY GENUINE DOUBTS PLZ CONSIDER THEM)
c) Similarly Rajarishy Nandi sir prescribes a 30-40 days sankalpa for siddha kunjika stotram but for quite obvious reasons most females
Can't do it, any substitute for us.
3. Another question regarding siddha kunjika stotram. It contains a mantra which is some kind of expanded version of maa Durga's very famous Navarna mantra in the version of it that I read.
But the I found another mantra in siddha kunjika stotram on UA-cam itself, the name of the channel is Debashish chakraborty.
5. Last, which practices actually differ for males and females in our religion (I mean I know that these differences are genuine).

The whole practice is of Tantric base. A tantric can exactly explain what is what. For common people like us, tantra is broken down to rituals so that we can keep it going.

Bhai why dont you ever ask intelligent questions like why do these dieties need material offerings, or shout at food being spoilt, what do the people who actually do the kola share as after experience. Are they physically capable of saving from calamities like Tsunami as he just said psychologically he'll be there
Being a Daiva doesn't mean they will act against the Divine will... calamity is a nature's way of balancing. Yes the Daiva accept food offering as symbolic giving from the devotees.. you need to be a devotee to understand the emotions behind the offering. You cannot intellectualize logic on subjective experience.. it's the joy of offering by a devotee out of love n acceptance of the deity and receiving blessings __ completely subjective.
Please use ur judgement and logic where it's required...
Dnt ask questions like spiritual noob... first aspire to some spiritual practice if you are interested genuinely.. spirituality is an intense experience only for genuine seekers..
Otherwise dnt waste your time in such matters..
Why does he call it "Niyamaaaaa". It really pisses me off when they put an "a" at the last of certain Hindi words. This way they don't make no sense. Like what's BHUTAAA OR DARSHANAAAA. it's भूत। It's not NIYAMAAAA, it's Niyam नियम।।। Stop just stop it if you respect the Hindi language.
Don’t rub hindi into our culture. And coming back to the question why, all these words are derived from Sanskrit and then they change into local dialects, so these are exactly used like this in south. So we have nothing to do with Hindi here. So Sanskrit you refer, it will be same most of the time.
