This video was amazing Tam, you have really got me into reading non-fiction as a person who loves and only has ever read fiction. But I have a suggestion, I saw how you folded the pages on which you gained a knowledge but I recommend you to annotate your books instead with tabs- annotation allows you to fully immerse yourself in the book and interact with the information and retain your very first thoughts and reactions of the book which I find very useful.

Recently got a new book that would work well with these called Likeable Badass by Alison Fragale PhD. She goes into several ways to promote yourself, and the psychological reasons they work. Like Tams book, there is a homework section at the end of each chapter.
