Different topic but what do you think about low action on acoustic?
It’s not everyone’s thing but I like super low action . I have the first fret height about 0.3mm on all strings and the 12th fret is about 1.5mm in all strings . It feels great but I want to go lower .
I’m also trying some balanced tension strings too
Good job, but how'd the intonation go, ie how accurate did it turn out? (Very impressed how you made the bridge saddle. Here's an idea, make a plaster mould of the original saddle, preferably near new unworn, and then simply pour in a resin that when sets hard is similar to artificial tusk?)

Do you have any video or insights in the proper guitar action? I think for fingerstylists, we can go to the a bit below of the normal action but not too low action para makuha yung clarity sa mga tap harmonics hehe

Galing, bro. Magawa nga sa sunod na kain ko ng bulalo. Last na try ko mag sandpaper ng saddle, hindi ko magawang perfect flat yung ilalim. Pag hindi lapat sa kahoy, humihina tunog ng string.
What if i don't know how to compensate the saddle because i don't have the original one?

while changing the saddle why not get the opportunity of adjust intonation of the whole frets board? Maybe the new saddle could be different in shape than the original one to compensate octaves.

Bro, itest dapat intonation by tuning all strings sa open at 12th fret. If may flat or sharp sa 12th fret, then do the necessary adjustment sa bone saddlle (ung tamang direction ng pag-sand or file).

What I wanted to understand is why do you have to make those extra changes in the saddle? They are so minor. What would happen if you didn’t do that and just kept it level across the whole length?

This is how the saddle is processed for tonal adjustment. Otherwise, the sounds will not be compatible.

What’s the goal of doing the “profiling” ? Is the “profile” the same for acoustic and classical guitar?
No, classical guitar doesn't even have any profile. It's just flat. The point of profiling is to give the string break angle and to help the bridge hold the tension from the strings.

for the attonement to be correct for the G string ,the saddle needs the same offset as the B string.the rest of the strings 'attonement is good ,except the G is sharp when hitting the 21th fret on G.
so I guess I have to build my on and mke the Gstring position on the saddle even with the B ,and the attonement is correct ,but no one sells that design ??

'Di ko pa naencounter yung sa pig bone e. For making guitar nut and saddle usually Buffalo, Cow, Cattle bone yung ginagamit :)
