You are such a lovely person; such positive energy. The fact you've healed from this and are still putting out these videos to help others is very generous and thoughtful. I'm pretty sure my bf is FA. He's such a wonderful person with lots of tough inner baggage. I'm always telling him to try to stay present..that those are the moments that matter. He has a tendency to gravitate toward the past & future. We only truly exist in the present, & that's where our light shines. So I do understand the idea of present magic. It's a thing; it's real. The best place to be. 😊🕊💜
This came at the perfect time for me today. Thank you for sharing. Getting caught in the future can take me away from the beauty and potential that lies in front me. Also, I got excited when you mentioned you might make a video about about how us focusing on our own feelings, and not being so focused on another person's, can help create a better connection. I'm super interested to hear more!
I relate to your toughts and expirience...this is wise conlusion of what life should be..or is all about actually..JUST NOW..we were happy as children as we spent most of our days in present moment..
This, and the rest of your videos, help me so much! Thanks! Sometimes I let my thoughts become it as opposed to letting them pass and just be with my current partner. When it dissipates, it becomes more clear and a lot more love is able to enter. Thank you!
I exactly feel the same. All your videos resonate with me completely. Because of you I got to know about eft tapping which has changed my life miraculously. Thank you so much!❤
@@paulientimmer-healingthefe9870 well I kind of lost who I was in past relationships and I'm struggling to find myself again but im in this relationship now and that fear comes up that I'll never find myself if I date. So maybe how to not lose yourself in a relationship?
Tha accuracy 🤧 I was completely ignoring the relationship in the present or how to work it out, while thinking 24H of the future of it and if I'll be happy with them or not, and when the present sucked (Because I was so worried about the future and used thrm as a pain killer instead of processing my trauma), I went back to past memories, so I was stuck between thr pastand the future, and didn't realized that until the relationship ended. Now I learned the importance of Mindfulness to enjoy life's small pleasures, and that Happiness is an inside job
Yess, beautifully described! That's exactly what those worries are: a pain killer for processing trauma and being in the present and therefore in the body. Thank you for your comment!
As a husband for a FA, I'm manly enough to say that it does hurt a lot at times, but you love them because you can see so much goodness in their heart regardless the big layer of tough skin they built due to their childhood trauma so the best you can do is be patient and that's it.
thank you somuch this is helpful can you please make a video about situationship ? why FA willing to stay in gray area and postpone setting boundaries how to have what are we conversation with someone more avoidant like dismissive avoidants
I am FA. But don’t at all worry about not having feelings for my partner some day… I mostly worry He won’t have feelings for me one day and may cheat because of it… is there help for this type of worry as well?
Ofcourse! It is the other side of the same coing. Usually FA's notice that the worries flip to abandonment worries when they start healing.. I made a video on that topic: ua-cam.com/video/TVLmdlHCe6w/v-deo.html
@@paulientimmer-healingthefe9870 You is there any online article that I can read in the meantime? I think maybe other attachment experts are calling it something else?
Natural, wise and wonderful- a video to return to

Yes learning to still have your own life and letting them have their own space yet still come together as a couple

Be patient is not enough always.
Never really considered doing something like this actively. But you asked for our thoughts, so I say I will try!
Thanks for the magic video 😉 it’s really good🙏🏾🙏🏼

You never worried about them cheating on you?? That's my main concern.
What does an extreme crash state look like? Is there a video?
There will be one coming out somewhere in the next two months! June 15th to be exact, I looked it up for you :)
