Well I wasn't sure that I was going to stay on this channel but you've kindly got me intrigued now. So I think I'll stay and check it out and see how it goes. Good luck! Have a great day and stay safe and keep your powder dry!
I loved your previous Ford E van build. I cannot wait to follow this one since I have the same van and am going through the same process. At first, I did not want to remove wall trim or ceiling liner, but now realize I need to for insulation and additional sound deadening. Although I do question the effectiveness of the sound deadening in a window van, especially once all additional furnishings are added. I’m like you in that my build will be seat of the pants. I will need to orient my bed length ways and am trying to decide two singles or one large.
Thanks Ken! Yeah windows in a van build are a plus and negative at the same time. Good luck with your build and keep an eye on the channel...I just uploaded Part 2 of my second E350 build. There are some new elements in this build. :)
nice video, i have this same e350 extended passenger van. i am searching on the internet on how to disable the courtesy lights ( safety feature ) to an off setting. when van is off and you open the barn doors ( back or side doors ) the lights inside turn on and the back rear stop lights also turn on. and stay on like for a few minutes. i have not found anywhere on the web to explain on how to disable this feature. i'd appreciate any leads in advance. thank you
Great comment! I actually couldn’t believe there was no way to disable the interior lights when I was building the van. I found a way to disable it and even put in switches so you can turn them on/off when you need them. It will be in one of the upcoming build videos. 🙌
Normal size ford van wasn’t enough for me. So I searched for extended. And here you are. 😉
it's amazing how much more room the extended 15 passenger vs the 12 passenger offers!

Thanks Terry, you as well!
Screens a must have
Awesome vid! Thanks for posting
Ford discontinued the E Series passenger and cargo vans in 2014 and began the roll out of the Transit … so this van has to be 2014 or later

Saludos desde Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Pura vida 🇨🇷 yo tengo una e150 del 2000 y quiero modificarla pero aquí es muy difícil...
Hola Yossi! Buena suerte con tu proyecto :)
do you know of any info regarding the armoring of the side glass with louvres or expanded mesh?
Thanks for the video, how long is inside from the rear door to the driver seat?
I don't remember off the top of my head...if I had to guess somewhere between 8' and 10'
i have the same van but is there a way to install a half slider windows on one of these or is it impossible
I'm sure anything is possible but not sure if it would be worth the time and cost to do it.

I think you're right...I'm pretty sure it is a 2014 as well
