Especially videos like the last one are incomprehensible to me. The driver filming this scene watches for almost 10 seconds as the car in front of him skids, but he neither takes his foot off the gas nor swerves into another lane. Instead, he manages to collide with him as well. Some drivers
instead of filming the road with dash cam, should rather examine their mind ...

1:06 Really dude? A pigeon? That was dumb. I was always taught in situations like this, that if you are IN TRAFFIC, to keep it moving if a WILD ANIMAL, especially small one is at risk of being run over, don't slow down. Call it inhumane, or cruel if you want, but it's self preservation. I remember being on a two way country road, with ditches on either side. 45 mph, A raccoon crawls across the road, gets 3/4 of the way across past my car, but a truck coming the opposite direction, raccoon decided to come back into my lane. My options were crash in the ditch to my left, or swerve out of the way of the animal and hit head on with the pick-up. All of this happened in 3 seconds. Bye raccoon. Don't worry raccoon. We did wild animal rescue/shelter and nursed a couple hundred of your relative raccoons over the years.
