Thanks Jono , I would buy the Floats for the Aeroscout and fly it off saltwater so even if it did crash I am only out under $250 USD/ not sure what it is in NZ
Glad you enjoyed it As soon as I can I will make a Morning video and you will be able to see this beautiful plane better, Thanks for watching and your kind words.
great flight nice area too I never try flying on water my luck it be stuck out in the middle of the lake or down here in NW FL a gator grab it or me lol good job 😊👍👍
lol i know what your saying I from NJ originally used to drive for shop rite been all over upstate Ny use to go camping up in Catskill, Bear Mt many years ago☺@@tughillrc6327
Beautiful flying spot! Have to fly this one onto the water, stalling it onto the water without a solid flare will make it skip, so land a little faster than you would a wheel plane. Have to just kiss the water with the hull. Well done!
Thanks for the sub, I am going float flying soon so I will take the Albatross as well as My Cessna 150T. My Twin Timber and the Aeroscout on floats and as always my rescue Tun incase I flip one. Thanks for watching
Thanks for watching. It is for real the best Avios I own the quality of it is outstanding except for the sticker wire covers which I will re glue with Foamtac.
Wayne, I know the feeling about missing a plane I sold. I sold the EC1500 V1 and have not replaced it with the V2 because I own the Avios C-130 V2 and think it flys much better with no props spinning off in flight. For a non gryo plane it is very forgiving and has no bad stall tendencies. It flys slow spot on and landings are much easier. Glad you enjoyed the video and Thanks for watching 👍
Enjoy I finally got some time to make videos now that my spouse is out of the hospital. Sorry to see you guys going thru the surface of the sun heatwave, No one from Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas has been making videos. We pray for all for this crazy heat to end.
@@tughillrc6327 Thanks brother, glad to hear she is doin better! I am back to work, thats why videos have been scarce. Gonna be workin outdoors 12 hr days six days a week soon would greatly appreciate those prayers!
Nice maiden. The take offs were drama free. Even Stuart spun his out on the first few tries. You have to land like 1 degree off parallel to the water or she skips. You can fly her off grass too, and landing is easy, just like any belly lander. Did you set up Differential? That eliminates the need for a water rudder, and makes coordinated turns even easier. Lots of info in the RC Groups forum.
Thanks for the advice, Its my first full bottom floatplane I will get the hang of it because I will fly it till I am silk on every landing. I will do some grass and snow ops also. Thanks for watching👍
I like that reverse thrust in the beginning never been brave enough to try to put floaties on my aeroscout great flying my friend new sub for you thanks for subbing me
Reverse is nice when you get hung up on weed beds as well. The whole reservoir is shallow deepest water is 12 to 15 feet and full of bass and blue gill. Thanks for watching and subscribing more cool videos soon.
Great Show!
I so tempted to put Floats on My Planes.
But all the water here is salt.
Again, great show Young Man.
