@@drkrishnap It’s not entitled to point out that this will look like utter crap in less than a year. All of that hard work and money completely wasted! It is entitled of you to assume that means I think only the rich can/should afford to fix up their spaces. Nothing could be further from the truth. However, It IS simply common sense: better to do something right the first time then to have to waste even more money and effort and time fixing it a second time.

I don’t understand why everyone has to paint everything… why not leave the natural wood-look? Some of them needed painting but some were stunning without the paint. There are ways to restore wood furniture… ik some wood furniture is a lost cause but the pieces I am talking about on this video could’ve been restored..

Eu adesivaria só o tampo de vidro. Mas os pés da mesa eu deixaria natural... O contraste branco com madeira fica lindo e moderno.

All kidding aside... that wooden table and chairs set was transformed beautifully! However, after my grandchildren inherit it, they will strip it down, trying to restore it to it's "original wooden beauty".

The last part of sticking on wall outside. Not sure if its suitable? Depend on the quality of this that can handle wet, over heated or cold? Will it stay, not peel over time?
That’s what is done to beautify the property inexpensively just before selling it. It’s shoddy but a lot of people do it 😢

Вцелом советы хорошие кроме одного: это ж надо было снять хромированные краны, поцарапать их, а потом покрасить в цвет а ля золото! Безумие!
Они уже были старые с царапинами или из плохих материалов и их решили покрасить😂 Видела дизайнерскую версию под золото, там цены огонь.
Описываю суть действий. Первое, шкурить необходимо, так как оно глянцевые. После того, как хром снят, и мы имеем матовую структуру, наносим грунт. Без царапин как ты это называешь, грунт просто не будет держаться. Потом уже красится и покрывается защитным лаком. Все просто
Yep! it's DIY if you have a designer degree, couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars worth of power tools obviously in your WORKSHOP STUDIO... AND mad carpentry skills! My hats off to these folks in the video. I just don't think most folks could successfully pull off "Coffered ceilings" unless they already had a few years of construction experience.
Now the chick with the giant yellow Dollar Store sponge and paint to transform her old cement wall into a brick one, however, was RIGHT on the money! ANYBODY could do that and it looked GREAT!

Там больше половины из Овна и веток. Баба на скамейке шов в углу зашпаклевала - 2-3 раза сядут и там Трещина на шпакле. Покраска с балончика это без комментариев, дверь в один слой кистью как бы тоже, плёнка для уличной душевой - она там как держаться будет? Температура +вода. В общем и целом 50% это фуфломицын для картинки
А помедленнее нельзя? Винегрет показали, хотелось бы подробнее обо всём изложенном.
You can slow down on the settings tool on your UA-cam window for this video. Go to settings and then reproduction speed I guess (mine is in portuguese, sorry) and then you can choose to slower the speed of the video.

Great ideas! Except for the vinyl. Vinyl adhesives 'bubble' or 'blister' in the heat. So a hot day in the sun or a hot dinner plate on the table is going to cause an issue.
And the painted bricks with a sponge...they looked so crooked.

Also spray paint is toxic, I worked in visual merchandising and developed thyroid problems. I think it was due to all the spray paint we were using. Stripping furniture is toxic also, but you have to. Otherwise your paint job will bubble. Get unfinished furniture. I wish minwax didn't discontinue their sheen product, I got the most professional looking job from that. The stain makes dark streaks.

Você não precisa "fingir"... O que é bonito é bonito...tem muita gente simples com muito bom gosto...e muita gente que tem muito dinheiro e tem muito mau gosto!
Некоторые вещи действительно имеют место быть. Например когда делают интересный дизайн при покраске стен, или делают качественную имитацию балки на потолок. Это действительно изменяет внешний вид в лучшую сторону при этом не выглядит дёшево 👌 Ещё понравился фигурный пластиковый столик под журналы и подсветка в стиле лофт на кухню вроде.
Но некоторые решения просто ужасны - обклеивать самоклейкой поверхности. Убивать старинную мебель, чтобы сделать серую тумбу. Серьезно? Дешевле вышло бы сделать то же самое из мебельных щитов. Там же надо было убирать старое покрытие, лак. Это очень трудоёмко. Поэтому закрасили просто так. Ну и конечно все это у них очень быстро облезет!
А эти столы под кафель? В чем их смысл вообще, они же страшные! Понимаю хотя бы круглый столик с мозаикой.
В общем подборка неоднозначных лайфхаков. Там либо сделай конфетку, либо сотвори убогость.
Да, столы под кафель, да использовать на улице - через пару месяцев будут грязные швы и никакого вида...
Да было жаль смотреть, как портят хорошие вещи😊
Да и эти псевдобалки тоже смотряться нелепо.

Materials and design may not come from hi end brands, but idea and labour put into this, is indeed hi end.
Never spray paint the back of mirrors, it will remove the mirroring. Only mirror backing-safe products can be uses. No you can’t use sticky backed contact paper either, no adhesives. Also know that even safe glues will show through to the front of the mirror. Get expert advise when using mirrors!

So much of that looked so interesting...but the speed of dialogue and what was going on was WAY too quick.
Go to «settings» and choose a lower playback speed for the video, like 0,75x or 0,5x 🤗 That always helps if the video is to speedy - unless there are voices, people sound drunk 😂
If you go up to settings in upper right corner you can adjust playback speed.
Great tips; playback needs to go faster and change the music to 'Yackety Yack'
