It would help if you had bookmarks in the video to skip to certain parts….
So I just got mine. I’m having issues with logging into Netflix-the app for the Amazon Fire doesn’t like my login, but other devices and the Silk Browser accepts my login.
Judging by Reddit, this is an issue. There’s one possible workaround-log in from another source for the Internet-but it didn’t work for me. And judging by the hour-long chat I had with Netflix, they have zero interest in resolving this.
Any other ideas on how to at least work around this issue?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Netflix on the Amazon Fire Max 11. We haven't encountered any issues with this, but maybe some of our viewers have. Any help would be appreciated fellow commenters!

      @@TechTravelGeeksTo update a little:
I wrote to Amazon and said they might want to reach out to Netflix about their app. To Amazon’s credit, they reached out to me and asked me to either call or chat with their tech support to try to resolve this. I chose to try chatting with their customer service, but it didn’t go well at all. I think their tech support doesn’t believe me when I say my login works in other places, just not Netflix’s app in the Amazon AppStore.
I did some sleuthing and found info in Amazon’s own support forum and at Reddit - this isn’t a new issue. It’s affected users since 2011, at least. I bet this doesn’t affect folks across the board, but it’s not an unknown problem because people have talked about it in Amazon’s support forum.
At Reddit: Looks like this might be connected to VPN usage? I do have a VPN, and I keep it on most of the time. But I don’t have a VPN on the Amazon Fire Max 11. I don’t intend to.
I’ve wondered if Netflix needs to see more of me watching something on a device without the VPN on? I tried watching something on another device for a few minutes before trying again on the Fire Max 11, but it didn’t work.
