The washer wasn't draining well...I just needed to clear the lint trap, and it's draining well now..

Mine was also glued on and I was nervous about replacing it with one that wasn't glued on but these instructions worked for me.

@@EricaRuth1974 I like to build models so I have like a I guess you would call a scalpel? extremely sharp little knife and I was just gently cutting the old hose off to replace a new one and cleaned off the glue. And I used a drain washer hose to replace it looks perfect.

Those are channel lock pliers, not a wrench. It’s troubling that you don’t know this.
