Thank you so much for the editorial I was having a problem with my Magic Chef draining and I would freak out and wonder what was going on and I would move the the the drainage up and down till it drained but luckily I found you solve the problem was and I had a quarter and a penny in the drainage also a little bit of drain a little bit of lint and I've had it two years so as I said again thank you thank you thank you so much😊👌
Omg your soo amazing I was having problems with draining and spinning and this video helped out a lot. I was so stressed that I would have to get another washer. I have had this washer for 3 years and I love it. There was 2 pennies and a hair pin with some lint. I never knew about this but it's now drained. Thank you soo much. I love youtube University. 😊
The rubber ring on the drain filter on the back bottom has cracked and water leaks on the floor. Can that be replaced? I'm on the 3rd floor. I do not want issues with my neighbors downstairs.

I’ve been googling for months, every possible wording to try to find the replacement for the gasket were all having leaking on our floors, but I haven’t been able to find ANYTHING! For this being such a common problem, this part needs to be easily found and ordered online FOR CHEAP TOO!

Hello. I think I can help you. Sometimes mines do that and it could be the Lent so you pull the washer out and check that. If not then mines do that when it's uneven so try to put it on a flat more flat surface cuz you may think it's even but it's probably uneven somewhere
Hello my washer is working but it’s not filling with water. I can hear the machine trying to fill but no water coming out. I checked the water supply and unscrewed it and don’t see any build up. Any advice ?
@@MagicChefUSA Thank you so much for that! i found out later that night after my water hose exploded that the pipes were just frozen hahaha but i will keep that in mind for the future thanks so much!
When i lifted up my lid today it made a weird noise a plastic part flew out onto the floor. Would having the portable washing on a dolly with part of the front on both sides hanging off the dolly cause this? It really shakes so much sometimes tht the washing machine .moves away from orgional postion. I bought the portable dolly so i could move it to the sink easly. Could the machine shaking so much cause the part that open the lid break off ..i noticed their was a much bigger gap on the right side.
Hello. There are special levelers that will allow you to level the unit by attaching the leveler to the front panel and also the back panel. I recommend using a leveler that has a built in magnet to make it easier.
@@qkcam45 there is no specific name to it. Just called a leveler but it will state if it has a built in magnet and will have more than 1 way to check leveling. You can purchase it at your local hardware store.
After removing the nut, if the wash plate will not move try to gently flex it up and down from the outer edge. You can also gently tap on the center shaft with a small hammer and wooden dowel, careful to not damage the threads on the shaft.
My faucet leaks when I use my washer. I’m no plumber but I know a thing or two about connecting washers. The male quick connect has teflon tape and a gasket, is it possible there is something wrong with the faucet? Please help.

Where can i get the top rubber that goes to the filter. It's old and its leaking water from the bottom.

There may be an issue with an inlet valve. What is the model and age of your washer?

Right?! My floor is sloping back and I have to tip the washer even FURTHER in order to have it stable because only the front feet adjust!

My machine is really loud on the spin cycle even after leveling. I have the 2.0 portable washer.
based off that, sounds like something may be wrong with the clutch assembly. I highly advise getting a tech to look at the unit to confirm.

I broke my washer HLXN-008A07 Filter Plug, and need to replace it.
