I love this- thank you. As a Pilates teacher I am thrilled you are practicing. I have designed a program called Muscle and Soul for my students. I have them now working their brain as I say their soul prior to their sessions. They move with such intention and joy after doing the “work”. In many cases pain free and exceeding the false limits they previously had imposed on themselves. I did the work at NYU after being stuck on a ladder barrel in the studio one day with excruciating pain. I have since used my TMS tools to overcome and manage not only back pain but my autoimmune disease, poor eating habits and depression. Once you realize how magical your power is you want to use it for everything. The power of our mind is limitless. All I can say is from the deepest part of my being- is huge love and gratitude to you and your work. You make it all so easy to understand. If are ever on Long Island, come to my studio to practice.

I just started your course but so far through the first several lessons I haven’t read any info on if you have to stop taking an anti-inflammatory like Sarno suggests? Obviously at some point you will because you won’t need it , you’ll be pain free, but in the interim what are your thoughts ?

@@thecureforchronicpainwithn6857 if the activity is positive and you have a lot of resistance then is that resistance just a form of resistance to change ? Because if it’s something good then why would nervous system resist that

Compare and despair...indeed. I've had to realize, especially after doing this writing for 2-3 years, that I am where I am. I no longer have back pain but my anxiety levels are insane and my sleep and gut are very badly disturbed. I would say one of the biggest differences is that instead of just doing the writing, getting therapy and then hiding on netflix for hours I have actually been weaning off anxiety medication (I was on a "dangerous dose" according to Dr. Schecter), finally facing all of the childhood trauma writing I need to do, building a youtube channel, learning how to program and working out all at the same time. What do I do in the meantime? I write as often as I am willing and accept that it's just a mean f*%#@*g time. Thank you Nichole. Thank you.

This is such a good one but the sound is a little lower than the other ones. Still, as always, THANK YOU Nicole. Time for me to leave a book review for you on Amazon, you're so great. LOVE, Me. :-)
