Super excited about an online class. I can't afford Patreon at this time, but really look forward to hopefully being able to do the online class and learning from someone I admire and has a really great eye for design and color. I need to get over the fear of coloring...I have stamps and markers and have never used them as they totally intimidate me!

I would definitely follow you on Patreon for classes and stories. I think you are right that people who don’t normally follow you might not want the family stories during class. I really liked how you used the same stamp in two different ways. Very creative! I will definitely be looking at my stamps (especially the flowers) to see what other way (or coloring style) can they be used. Good luck with the sleep habits redo! 😊

I don't completely disagree about odd numbers... but I don't believe it has to be a hard and fast rule. It mostly depends on if you want your elements to look randomly/naturally placed or symmetrical. For example, in your Hello Friend card you had 3 vines placed to look fairly natural/random. But in the wedding card you had two vines placed to look symmetrical/balanced. And the embellishments are in odd numbers because they are supposed to look sort of casually tossed. So it totally depends on what look you are going for. For the classes... that sounds interesting. I look forward to hearing more about what you are doing. I was thinking Skillshare, but that may not be what you mean. IMHO, maybe no story time in the classes. A few personal details about the instructor is always a nice touch, but I am thinking many people would want the focus to be on content.
I would offer you advice on the sleep thing but mine didn't sleep through the night until she was 4 years old and yes she is only child😂😂 she was a preemie 35 years ago and we had to feed her every 2 hours..her 3 children slept through the night by 2 months..God has a great sense of humor..😂
Dear Kelly, If you are still doing your regular videos you shouldn’t need to duplicate story time elsewhere, IMHO. If your current followers decide to take a paid class, inform them in advance that they can watch your regular videos for story time. During class time they will get 100% instruction, so teacher and students can focus on the topic of the class. Most importantly, no new students would feel cheated that their instruction time was decreased for story time. You are so personable and I know some followers feel like you are a good friend of theirs, but for the sake of your future as an instructor, and to widen your pool of potential students, keep it professional when money is involved. Again, this only my opinion! Great video with important info and gorgeous cards!

Hi Kelly, love your cards, story time, and you keeping it real. So for the repositionable glue, do you need to clean it often, never, after an X amount of uses?
I never clean them off. I just stick them to the plastic on the outside of the packaging and peel it off when needed. I would probably wash off the old glue if it stopped being sticky and I needed to reapply it but that hasn't happened yet :)

When you call something a “class” I wouldn’t expect much personal life content. Doing Patreon for Kelly Story Time makes sense.
