Discrepancies I see are of the little boy playing michael. MJ was very dark, He is black, the little boy that got playing him looks mixed light skinned. The dad is Oprah's friend and gay. Those are the only two discrepancies so far. You can not tell me that Jackson's American dream in the 90s has a better picked out cast then now since we have a true blockbuster MJ biopic , they can't???????
Michael Jackson dad was light skin with green eyes look at the guy playing him he dark. Also Michael Jackson wasnt that dark, he didnt look like a guy from africa but more west indian island
MJ wasn’t that dark and his dad was mixed/light skin. The little boy who played MJ in the American Dream was mixed/light skin as well. At the end of the day, we’re all apart of the black community right?? I can see if they wasn’t at all.

Could This Be The Greatest Michael Jackson Biopic EVER? It could, BUT they (production, for example) need to change/focus on some things, like the fact MJ had vitiligo, and he became white, the fact that he was proclaimed NOT GUILTY after child abuse allegations...

Can't wait to watch the movie. I've always thought MJ was the best looking man alive and I had so much in common with him even being born a few days later than him plus a few yrs later. Lived how he lived God and ppl. Our faith was so much alike too. Jafar looks like his son more than his own son does and I find that weird.
As long as the movie is being approved by the estate, it should certainly be good as it will be accurate.

Listen, #Elvis was NEVER "The King Of #Rock & #RocknRoll" .. NEVER within the Black Communities where ROCK & RocknRoll's first Architects of the genres were created & built. The Music industry CONVENIENTLY LEAVES OUT #ChuckBerry who #Elvis clearly was inspired by, but could not talk abt. Also, #LittleRichard #FatsDomino & many others. Often when #Elvis is brought up like this this video.. no other blacks Artists before him R ever mentioned.. yes, again like in this one. It's as if black culture is constantly being erased. #Elvis was very important in communities that were "non-black" bc the U.S. & England were so racist. Legally enforcing a 2race caste system that was beyond delusional & tortuous to many wwith melanated skincolors & weaponized that even my Parents made sure we were schooled independently as to not absorb its negativies & toxicity.

He was very talented, but outside forces controlled him. #Elvis could never be his authentic self. #Elvis was first depicted as a raciially mixed character in films.. usually Native & White until they figured out how to put out an "anglo" narrative on him. He just loved the Music, but he got a raw deal which found him depending on drugs more & more.. #Elvis died of a drug overdose. I really wish #Elvis could be his authentic self. No one comes close to #MichaelJackson except #Prince who was on the same level, but was not here long enough. #MJ was a veteran long b4 #Prince even entered the music & entertainment industries. Apparently, they LOVE to talk abt #JoeJackson but refuse to talk abt the brutal evilness that plagued his life & the options for his wife.. Katherine & himself. I definitely pass on this video & others like it. Finally, his own biography. All the fans waited so long for it. I humbly think, he would definitely appreciate and approve that his cousin is playing his part. When he talked about a movie off his life, he was very clear that he wanted someone who looks at him, to play him. There is no better person for it. 😊
