I guess im asking the wrong place but does anybody know of a trick to get back into an instagram account? I was dumb lost my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me!
Wow hummus on a microwaved sweet potato. I am saved! sometimes I am just too tired after work and have no idea what to eat that wont take any work, at all, especially when I don't have prepped food. This is gold thx! and I like your humor.
Rock star tips. I’m on a new budget so I need to crack down on my highest bill... the grocery bill!!! AGH! Case discounts are my favorite at WFM. And the bulk aisle is the best!!!I never thought about that salad bar idea.....
Hey Elizabeth! Thank you for your kind comment! I love the bulk aisle too, I use it every time I visit! Have you heard of the new Whole Foods 365 stores? They are reaaallly affordable! They just opened one in Brooklyn and I have been going way too often haha.
I have to admit I have a bias against whole foods because of the price. But I’m determined to go and find some sale items now. I didn’t realize how cheap the 365 brand is, so thank you for sharing this awesome video, Nisha!
I totally know what you mean, it has that reputation and there are certainly lots of items there that are very expensive, but it can be very reasonable if you shop smartly!
They get the same produce as your local grocer. There is no reason to go out of your way to shop there for sale items simply because it's Whole Foods. Check local flyers and compare prices, but don't go out of your way - the produce is the same. The beans are the same. -Your friendly neighbourhood flower farmer
Hey girl, I work at Whole Foods... A lot of the time they will cut the head of cabbage in half for you if the heads are too big. Just a tip. I love all of your tips. Whole Foods truly can be budget friendly if you are wise about your grocery choices. Just found your channel and love it!
Oh hello! A compliment from someone who works at Whole Foods? That's amazing, thank you! I love that tip, I will definitely ask next time :) Thanks for your support :)
Ok so you got to the hummus part and not gonna lie I hollered. I COMPLETELY agree, it's one of the best store-bought hummuses (?) I've had. Their lemon flavor (which only seems to come in the small tub?) is outta control!
Thank you so much for your Videos! It is hard to find good Vegan recipes/coaching for small amounts! And you are right to state that eating the same thing over and over again is boring! -- that just kills the desire to eat right! I usually cook for myself and maybe another and live in a tiny apartment with a small VERY small kitchen, refrigerator and storage capabilities! I came from a large family and constantly am cooking way too much! Also you are funny and well informed and a joy to watch! Thank you!
Love it! I always like hearing good tips for savings at whole foods! You’re doing a fantastic job, I love seeing how fast you have grown on here! Keep it up ✌🏼
Love this video! The tacos look delicious and a quick dinner recipe that even I can make. You know I’m not much of a grocery shopper so I think you should come with me next time, you make it look fun!
Oh my goodness you are hilarious! I discovered you from this video being recommended after something similar I watched. I now am a subscriber, follow you on IG, and adore everything you are doing! Love love love your food photography, and you are so relatable! Can’t wait to see more!
Hi Nicola! You are so sweet haha. I’m glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for being such a supporter! I’m currently working on a big project that’s taking up my time but I’ll be back with new videos next month :)
Once again highly informative video, presented in great detail. Video is so good that Whole Foods should use you as their spokesperson. We buy canned beans from regular grocery stores for same cost, but these are not organic.I was also not aware of any sale or coupons available at Whole Foods. I always believed that WF was sort of waste of time & money for most regular folks. You changed my opinion. No other stores reward 10 cents for each shopping bags that you bring. Excellent job, Nisha.
I'm so glad I could change your mind a little bit :) Of course, many items there are quite expensive, but you can definitely shop on a budget if you try!
Thank you these videos are amazing . Don't know how I came across your page. via,.via,.via. But here you are and so am I now, exactly what I have been looking for . You are such an inspiration and your videos are very informative . You are such a joy to watch love your humourerous side .
I like how you organized this video! And I like your tips! Personally, I use a lot of these tips too when shopping for food. But in my country we don't have coupons (we don't have whole foods either) so I always look for what's on sale, I buy in bulk my staples and foods that have a long shelf life (like beans, grains, canned foods).
I'm in Romania :) Here veganism is just in the beginning, but I can find more and more stuff in stores with every day that passes. Europe is not always vegan friendly :))
Hi Madalina! Thanks for sharing with me. Veganism is growing everywhere! It's very vegan friendly in NYC and most other big cities here, but in small towns, it's not vegan friendly either! Hopefull that continues to change though!
Aww very kind of you to say! I'm glad you enjoyed these tips :) Yes, tahini is literally my favorite ingredient! So good on savory food but also in sweet food!
Just discovered you when this video appeared in my suggested videos. You’re just adorable and I love your humor. Have you considered doing a video on nonfood items? I’d love to know what beauty products, accessories (like handbags and shoes), etc that you have discovered and like.
Hey Stephanie! Aww thank you so much for the love and so happy to have you here! That's a great suggestion, I'll try to incorporate more of that in the future :)
Great tips Nisha! I'm so sad to stay that we still don't have whole foods in Montreal :( I shop there every time i'm in the US (and in Toronto they have one now)!
Hey Jess! Thanks so much for watching :) Hoping Whole Foods expands to your area soon! They're opening a whole foods 365 store not too far from me next week, guess you'll have to make a nyc visit!
My experience is that Saving money and shopping at Whole Wallet are mutually exclusive. California tends to not have the same kind of coupon opportunities, either. Or I’ve missed out somehow. Sprouts and Trader Joe’s are far more affordable
Hahaha you are so right about that! But yeah I just a few blackberries from the salad bar the other day too instead of the whole carton. And yes I buy way more apples now!
Hi there! I wanted to let you know that there is an ad for a "free" mieoko makeup brush popping up before your video starts. After checking in to it, I discovered many comments from people stating that they didn't receive their brush, there is even a facebook group for those people. I don't know how the ads work with UA-cam, or if you could even do anything if you wanted to, I just thought you should know.
Hi Denise! I'm glad you found the video helpful! About the ads, unfortunately I don't have control over which ads UA-cam airs before my videos, but thank you for pointing it out :)
I got an email from them recently saying they're doing away with the coupon program on the app - not sure what it will be replaced with but it seems like they're working on some switch.
RainbowPlantLife I’m a Manhattan girl so I usually go to the new Harlem one or the ones by work - on Houston street or union square (which is essentially an obstacle course where you dodge other shoppers). But also I have Amazon Prime - on the Prime Now app, you can buy plenty of Whole Foods 365 products and they deliver to you in 2hrs!
I think you mentioned bulk foods in paper bags. Any particular brand you prefer? Also, I want to get away from plastic produce bags. I’ve looked at mesh bags on Amazon, but as I tend to read the reviews, well, still nothing in my “cart”. (I really have to set up my sewing machine somewhere...)
Hi there! I was just using paper brown bags that you'd use for lunch, but I've switched over to mesh and cotton reusable bags and I like them both! Here are the ones I have: amzn.to/2qtWWQy and amzn.to/2SIbOaJ
It really is! Such a game changer in the plant based market :) I have not tried it yet but sounds AMAZING because I love spicy food, thanks for the tip, Harley!
Hi Gabriela! I am still building up my cruelty free beauty collection and experimenting with products I like so I haven't made a video yet but hope to in the future! My favorite makeup brands are tarte, bare minerals and anastasia beverly hills.
Hi there! I bought cucumbers on this trip (I talk about it briefly at 9:32) but I just bought it because it was on sale. I rarely buy cucumbers because of the same reason you mentioned, and to be honest, they don't add much for me, so I'm okay not buying them.
It's possible the app has changed since I released this video in January. Amazon has recently made updates to the store, so my app looks different too. For any of the coupons, they should be available in store now too. If you're an Amazon prime member, there are lots of savings in the store and you can use the app to scan the coupons/discounts at the register.
I think I might have a better recommendation; don't shop at Whole Foods Markup at all, unless the products you're buying are pantry staples. Certainly don't buy any prepared food items. They're a total waste, and if you make things yourself at home you can tailor things to how you like it. Definitely stay away from dismembered dead things or pus-like excretions.
I know people like kite hill but I prefer mikoyos cream cheese but otherwise I get the same things from whole foods and stick to 365 and the whole foods of whole foods lol
Whole Foods meat is expensive because it's ethically sourced and Non-GMO grass fed. Obviously, that's going to be an expensive food, because treating animals well is expensive in comparison to factory farming.
Hi Jillian, I don’t count calories. As long as I’m eating mostly wholesome foods, getting a good deal of fiber, protein, healthy fats and minerals/vitamins (and enjoying what I eat), I feel good!
haha yes that's fair. but i've been to a lot of grocery stores, and aside from the farmer's market, the quality of their food is the best. also, i live in NYC, and all groceries are expensive! Whole Foods is actually one of the more affordable grocery stores here.
Oh Nisha, I adore your humour... you're so refreshing! And of course, awesome tips ;)
Aww haha thank you! I'm glad it came through (sometimes I wonder if my sarcasm translates well hehe). Thanks so much for watching, Sadia! 😘
I love both of your channels!!
aww thanks! Sadia is amazing :)
I guess im asking the wrong place but does anybody know of a trick to get back into an instagram account?
I was dumb lost my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me!
@Colten Hank Instablaster =)
I love how your videos made in a nice and simple kitchen and not some bougie setup. And your recipes are so simple and require few ingredients!
Wow hummus on a microwaved sweet potato. I am saved! sometimes I am just too tired after work and have no idea what to eat that wont take any work, at all, especially when I don't have prepped food. This is gold thx! and I like your humor.
5:30 I would have not thought about that. Now I'm getting all my vegetables pre cut. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful for you :)
Love it!
Also, for anyone who doesn't know, Whole Foods only sells personal care and household products that are cruelty free.
Rock star tips. I’m on a new budget so I need to crack down on my highest bill... the grocery bill!!! AGH! Case discounts are my favorite at WFM. And the bulk aisle is the best!!!I never thought about that salad bar idea.....

Your sense of humor just cracks me up!!!
Wonderful tips, Im heading to Whole Foods this weekend, so happy I stumbled across this video.
Ok so you got to the hummus part and not gonna lie I hollered. I COMPLETELY agree, it's one of the best store-bought hummuses (?) I've had. Their lemon flavor (which only seems to come in the small tub?) is outta control!
Haha I'm glad you love it too, Lindsay! I will have to try the lemon one next time, the jalapeño is my usual go-to :)

you do you, girl! I bet it's something huge and exciting so I know it will be worth it!
aww thank you! What a lovely comment 😘
YOU are lovely! Spread the love, there's not enough of it out there!
Thank you, Nicola! You sure know how to make a girl smile 😊
I LOVED this video, super fascinating to see not only what you bough but how you plan on eating it. I hope you do them more often! :)
Hi Monica! Thank you for the love on my channel :) I will try to do more videos like this in the future!
Oh man. Love tip #8. Such a good idea for people that are cooking for one.
Hi Chinmayee! Thank you for stopping by and so happy the tips were helpful for you :)
I love your sense of humor "ain't nobody got time for that" haha. love it, nisha!
aww thanks Sandy haha. I'm so happy you found it humorous!

Aww haha thank you, beautiful! I'm so happy I could make you laugh :)
Great tips and the sweet potato dish looked so good!! Just bought your book yesterday off amazon, looking forward to getting it today 😊
hi Cyndi! aww thank you! I appreciate your support and hope you’ll enjoy cooking from my book :)
Great tips! I’m going on a mini vacay and was going to avoid Whole Foods but your vid has made me want to give them a second shot for shopping
You're very welcome :) I am so happy it was a helpful video for you!
Thank you these videos are amazing .
Don't know how I came across your page. via,.via,.via. But here you are and so am I now, exactly what I have been looking for . You are such an inspiration and your videos are very informative . You are such a joy to watch love your humourerous side .
Hi Carol! What a lovely comment! I’m so happy you found my page and that my videos have been useful for you :) I appreciate the love ❤️

Whole Foods is so great! The 365 brand offers such high quality things. I don't go too often but I think I will start going more!
Hi friend! I love the 365 brand too. It makes healthy eating affordable!
It was nice meeting you at the book signing in Harrisburg I’m a big fan and I love your instant pot cooking TT
I wish i had a whole foods near me! these tips are great even so, i can't wait to try some of them at my regular grocery store.
OMG, the bagel sandwich looks so yummy. Sitting here drooling. ; )
I don't shop Whole Foods a lot but might consider stopping through their stores again in the near future and using your cost-saving tips.
You're really smart. Thanks for sharing your tips. I should really start learning new recipes with tahini. I've never really used it
Aww very kind of you to say!
My best friend’s friend lives near, and shops a lot at our only local Whole Foods. I’m going to have him send her this video.
Thanks darling, this info helped me so much!!! 💗
Hi Kathy! Thanks for watching and so glad you found the video helpful! That makes me happy :)
Great tips Nisha! I'm so sad to stay that we still don't have whole foods in Montreal :( I shop there every time i'm in the US (and in Toronto they have one now)!

Jessica Hoffman I think there's one in Ottawa!!
Your personality is great
Aww you’re so sweet hehe, thank you!
This video is very inspiring! Have you published a shopping list related to the items featured in this video? Thank you :)
Hey Lisa! Thanks for your kind comment! So happy you like the video :) I just put the grocery list in the description box under the video!
I see it! Thank you!
Love your videos and your humour makes me laugh. :)
Be careful about buying in bulk because I brought home some critters before! Love your videos.
She’s so adorable
My experience is that Saving money and shopping at Whole Wallet are mutually exclusive. California tends to not have the same kind of coupon opportunities, either. Or I’ve missed out somehow. Sprouts and Trader Joe’s are far more affordable
New subscriber....hooked!! Thank you for sharing!!
Hey Barb! So happy to have you here! Thank you for the love!
I'm a vegan. Whole foods is amazing for me.
Isn't it? There are so so many vegan options there! I love going :)
"now that amazon bought whole foods" suddenly I no longer want to shop there!
wish we had whole foods stores here in spain!!
it's pretty awesome! but i'm sure you have tons of fresh markets that we don't have as much of here!
Nuclear war with North Korea😂😂😂 priceless!! love it!!! I'm still laughing!!!
hehe I'm glad you found it funny :) thanks for watching, Christina!
christina sibuea haha. Me too 😂
I love that kitehill cream cheese. It is the best tasting along with Miyoko's cream cheese but that is harder to find.
Agree on both counts :) My weekly sunday tradition is to have a whole wheat everything bagel with vegan cream cheese, so yummy!
My best tip for saving money at Whole Foods is live at least 30 minutes away😂 #8 is so so smart though!! And this organic apple news is HUGE🍎🍎
Hahaha you are so right about that! But yeah I just a few blackberries from the salad bar the other day too instead of the whole carton. And yes I buy way more apples now!
Awesome products!🍠🍋🌽🍈🍆🍓
So many yummy options! I hope to do another similar video soon!
Your really funny. And im on your team when it comes to frozen edamame 🙌🏻
aww haha thank you Caro! I'm so happy you think so! Yesss, I go through so much of that edamame, I love it!
Same, it should be forbitten because i dont leave enough in the store for other people haha
I wish we had a Whole Foods where I live
Aww bummer! Where do you live?
Great tips!!
Thank you very much! Glad you found it useful!
Hi! Love your channel! Please tell me how long you microwaved the sweet potato for? Thanks 😊
Interesting recipes! Thank you for sharing!
Hi there! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Also, thanks for the tips! You pointed out several things I didn't know about Whole Foods
Hi Denise! I'm glad you found the video helpful! About the ads, unfortunately I don't have control over which ads UA-cam airs before my videos, but thank you for pointing it out :)
I don't have a Whole Foods anywhere near me, but I watched anyways because I love your videos! 😊
Aww you sure know how to make a girl smile. Thanks, Catherine!
I love your page
I wish I could go to Whole Foods , the closest to me is like an hour away. I wouldn’t order food online neither.
thank you so much for this video. also where did you get the "best friends come in all species" bag, i love it!
Hi Rachael! So happy you liked the video! I got the bag at the Catskill animal sanctuary :)
Wine does make life wonderful
Hehe yes it does (drinking a glass as I type this ☺)
You are hilarious!!!! Thank you :)
Aww haha thanks Larissa! I'm flattered you think so!
Ahhh you always make me laugh... & great advice too. x
Aww haha I'm so happy to hear that. Thank you so much, Cath!
I got an email from them recently saying they're doing away with the coupon program on the app - not sure what it will be replaced with but it seems like they're working on some switch.
Ahh good to know! Have you checked out the Brooklyn whole foods 365 yet? It is amazing! And the prices are great!
Yes I've seen lots of 365 products on amazon, which I love!
Thank you! I’ll check them out.
Kite hill is the best. Have you tried their jalapeño cream cheese?
It really is! Such a game changer in the plant based market :) I have not tried it yet but sounds AMAZING because I love spicy food, thanks for the tip, Harley!
Nice recipes
I will try some stuff
We need the in the uk!
Do you use clean beauty products? This is something I am trying to transition into, curious if you had any tips or videos on this...
Hi Gabriela! I am still building up my cruelty free beauty collection and experimenting with products I like so I haven't made a video yet but hope to in the future! My favorite makeup brands are tarte, bare minerals and anastasia beverly hills.
I love edamame. My friends always ask me why I love it so much because to them edamame has no flavor! They’re not vegan obviously 🤷🏻♀️
I find organic cucumbers are the one of the most expensive items. Do you buy conventional and peel them?
Hi there! I bought cucumbers on this trip (I talk about it briefly at 9:32) but I just bought it because it was on sale. I rarely buy cucumbers because of the same reason you mentioned, and to be honest, they don't add much for me, so I'm okay not buying them.
My wholefoods app doesn't look like that. It just says get "prime time savings" but no coupons.
It's possible the app has changed since I released this video in January. Amazon has recently made updates to the store, so my app looks different too. For any of the coupons, they should be available in store now too. If you're an Amazon prime member, there are lots of savings in the store and you can use the app to scan the coupons/discounts at the register.
Can we be friend?!!! Omg you’re hilarious and I’m a newb to this lifestyle!!! Thank you for the awesome tips!! 😊😊😊
Haha yes we can definitely be friends! Thank you for watching and for your lovely , funny comment :)
LOL at the nuclear war with North Korea mention.
Omg @ the nuclear war. I almost fainted lol
hehe I am glad you enjoyed the humor :)
Some of the foods there look so good but have so many calories!
Hi Jillian, I don’t count calories. As long as I’m eating mostly wholesome foods, getting a good deal of fiber, protein, healthy fats and minerals/vitamins (and enjoying what I eat), I feel good!
RainbowPlantLife I do because I’m trying to lose weight. There’s so much junk food at Whole Foods it blows my mind
I liked this video because of the kale comment...haha😂💩
Hehe i'm glad you did :) thank you!
Good morning gorgeous
Good morning!
Your funny 💕 you!!
You can save money by not going to Whole Food 👍🏽😃😃😃😃
haha yes that's fair. but i've been to a lot of grocery stores, and aside from the farmer's market, the quality of their food is the best. also, i live in NYC, and all groceries are expensive! Whole Foods is actually one of the more affordable grocery stores here.
I save money at Whole Foods by not shopping at Whole Foods lol.
