    I must say, that this is a very informative video, in that it not only told the herbs that are beneficial to a lower blood pressure, it also went into great depth and details about each one in a way that left nothing to be uncertain about. This video is so well presented, and surpasses all other videos on this topic, because it also included the options of pairng them with other teas, along with an explanation of (why) as well as the (benefits) of doing so. It also gave examples of how to pair each herb with food for a different variety. Thank you, to all involved in the preparation and presentation of this much needed knowledge of improving the health of those in need of slowly getting back to the natural herbs instead of ingesting harmful pills that can deliver harmful effects.
